He was extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to explain what certain parts of our air conditioner were needing and how to keep it in optimal condition. His pricing - Let's just say - There can not be a Company in Baldwin County that can compare. You will NOT be disappointed in calling this young man and his Company for your air conditioner needs. Stone Cold Air conditioning did a very good job, showed up on time did exactly what they said they would do, good communication, easy to work with.

We have used Stone Cold Air Conditioning and Heating a number of times and been very pleased with the service. He kept our old unit running for far longer than it should have! When she finally gave up, he was able to set us up with a new, affordable unit in a hurry. We appreciate it so much!

Stone Cold is an efficient, honest, and all-around great company. Our air conditioner had been messed up for a little while now and the previous company we were working with was giving us the run-around. We called Stone and he showed up the next day to give us a quote. As soon as things were settled he did the job with the efficiency of a man who knows what he is doing. I would wholeheartedly recommend Stone Cold to any friends or family who need a Heating or Air Conditioning job done.

I snowbird and was informed by my neighbor that my system had quit working. I contacted Stone Cold A/C and he went to the house and diagnosed the problem explaining in layman's terms exactly what was going on. He gave me prices and options to repair or replace that were very reasonable including upgrading options. Without feeling pressured, I replaced the system. He kept me informed and installed the new unit. When we returned home, the system was great and then started not working properly. He immediately came out and diagnosed a faulty thermostat that was only a couple months old that I did not have him replace at the time of installation. He assisted in getting the thermostat replaced under warranty. I highly recommend Stone Cold for your heating and A/C needs.

Extremely efficient young men. Fairly priced and did not try to upsell me on anything. They both wore masks and were professional and courteous. I also like the ease of payment via their web portal. Within 2 hours of my call they were here, had diagnosed, and fixed the issue. Basically my coils had frozen from air blockage (forgot to replace my filter timely). I am super impressed with this company.
I can only assume that the 1 star "review" is from a competitor or the like...and definitely not legitimate. So, don't let that dissuade you from calling them : )

Stone Cold Air Conditioning and Heating changed out our central unit last week and today, I had them come back and service our ductless split unit in our sunroom. I have to write this review and just tell everyone how incredibly pleased I am! They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous; very thorough and did the work for a very reasonable price. I can’t say enough good things about them. In times when people don’t respond to calls in a timely manner, are late showing up, and when they do they are unprofessional, Stone is by far the exception to the rule. I highly recommend them. They truly earn your business.

Stone was extremely helpful over the phone and set up an appointment with one of his technicians that lives close by over the weekend. The tech was on time, clean, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose our problem and replace the part the A/C system needed with an American made one. Thankful that it was done so quickly over a hot weekend.

Stone Cold came out fast they replaced both the inside and outside unit. Very professional everything was so clean when they finished. I would recommend Stone Cold to any of my friends and family. And just for FYI they also gave me the best price of all three of the estimates I got for the job. And the new unit is saving me over $100 a month on my electric bill!

After diagnosing the problem with the a/c unit the following day, we decided to replace it due to its age and have them service our other 2 units. Very pleased with the service provided by this company. Prompt, able to find problem quickly and replaced the defective part and explained what was needed. Price was very reasonable. This has been a most pleasant experience from initial phone contact to completion of service. I will definitely use them for future needs.

So my AC was leaking water in the closet with my inside unit. I originally called Hansen heating and AC because they have done work for me in the past. They proceeded to tell me that my 6 yr old AC unit was shot. That the coils are too impacted to clean and wanted to charge me approx $7,500 to repair the unit. They also priced me a brand new unit at $13,000. So just to be sure I wanted a second opinion. I called Stone Cold and with in 30 minutes they had a technician at my house. The technician cleaned my coils and cleared out my drains and my total charge was less than $120. That’s correct, $120 compared to other company trying to charge me $7,500. I definitely would recommend Stone Cold for any and all AC issues you may have. Thanks again for being a reputable local business.

After I had my hot water tank fixed I couldn't get hot water. I had stone cold air company come and check the issue and found out there was a problem with the power. The circuit breaker had power on one line only.... he replaced the circuit breaker and boom we had hot water in one hour! Thank you for being our savior! ***** It is sometimes difficult to know who to rely on and trust when needing a service company such as AC repairs and maintenance, however, based on my experience with Stone and his team you should feel comfortable and reassured you will be taken care of based on my experience of him and his team's work. I started out with 18 local companies than narrowed the field down to a short list of 5. After doing research I gave Stone his chance and awarded him the work. A much needed first call to go over the issue and details with Stone led to his in person visit and inspection. Then a thorough and elaborate sit down discussion to map out a plan on what makes sense for what is needed for us to take care of the issue, key word what is needed as we all know we don't want to have to repair more than what is needed. Expert knowledge and experience with sizing up the unit(s) is critical and I felt comfortable green lighting Stone based on his assessment. The new AC system upstairs and downstairs was sized up properly and is working like a charm. Smart thermostats installed with UV light air purification included is nice adds to have. Rerouted fresh intake was needed brought up by Stone during his walk through which helped us. I would like to say I am good at reading people as a people person and when I met Stone in person eye to eye when having the discussion it felt right and trustworthy with some good recommendations made by him that sounded and made sense. They checked the boxes in my view. I am not a family member or friend of Stone's just a guy that picked up the phone looking for the job to be done and reasonably priced which he was.
