I have worked with Green Coast on multiple projects and I highly recommend the services they provide. And they helped me when hurricane Sally flooded my house. If your looking for someone to take your property to the next level look no further!

Can't say enough about Green Coast Living and the work they did on our Gulf Shores property! Extremely professional! Communicated very well! And quality workmanship! You will be happy you chose them!

We had lance to a remodel on our Gulf Shores house. He did a great job. The quality and communication was great and the project was finished on time and on budget.

Lance is all the things you want in an allaround construction company. I've turned to him and his company for over15 years. His knowledge and experience make it seem easy for him to get the job done.

Mr. Lance Lamb of Green Coast Living added a room addition on to our home. We could not be happier with our new room. Mr. Lamb is very professioal and consientious. He sets a very high standard for his work. I would happily recommend Green Coast Living.

For your remodeling, new additions, or other construction needs, look no further than Green Coast Living. They were professional to deal with and their work was top notch. We could not have been more pleased with how our patio addition turned out. Definitely deserving of a Five Star rating.

We had a large project and those are never fun. lance was there every step of the way. He makes it a point of being very responsive to even the smallest question. I don’t think I ever waited over an hour for him to get back to me. We love our addition and we were sure glad he was there to help us along with all the permit and final inspections. His patience is something to be rewarded.

This is the first time we were involved in a building project. To say the least we had no knowledge as to what or how things would be done. We had a lot of questions. Lance was very patient and professional and explained each step. The project was done on time and on budget although we added a few things along the way. We really appreciated the billing cycle which was done monthly and we received copies of all invoices.
The finished product is amazing. We now have our own living space and privacy.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Green Coast Living for their services and plan to use them again for future work. Lance and his team were 100% courteous, responsive, and completed the job on-time. I trust him completely without any supervision.

Lance came through. It was a rather difficult structural repair. Lance did the job as quoted and on time. He really pays attention to detail and makes sure the work is of excellent quality. I would definitely use Green Coast Living again!

Turned the pool house/ guest space into an amazing new space with AirB&B potential! Fair pricing, innovated ideas, wonderful craftsmanship. We are so happy with our new space. Would definitely recommend Green Coast Living for next renovation or addition..

Just had my Kitchen remodeled by Green Coast Living, Lance and his team are highly skilled and professional. They transformed my kitchen into a stunning space. Impeccable attention to detail, timely execution, and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.

Do not pass on an opportunity to use Green Coast Living for remodeling, additions, or new construction. Lance and his team are outstanding! Marilyn and I have recommended Green Coast Living to friends and neighbors. Without exception they have told us how the work met and exceeded expectations. For me, it goes beyond professionalism; Lance exhibits a very personal level of commitment to accomplishing the work and ensuring it is well done.

Lance has been a pleasure to work with. We have been doing business together for several years and he is a man of honesty and integrity who does fantastic work for his customers.

My husband and I stayed in one of Lance's remodels, and it was beautiful! Everything was of great quality and craftsmanship. If we are ever in need of a home to be built or remodeled, he will be at the top of our list! 10/10 experience with Green Coast Living!

Lance and Green Coast Living did a superb job for us, really even better than expected and as someone who grew up in my fathers high-quality custom building business — it takes a lot for me to exceed my expectations — but they did. I’ve seen their large scale addition renovation jobs prior to using them, so I already knew their work is impeccable. And they were very transparent on the billing, and when we added some things to our project, Lance went over each aspect of cost changes very carefully, very detailed, and more than fair on pricing. That meant a lot and allowed me to enjoy and afford the project beginning to end,, including the last minute upgrades I threw in.

I would use Lance for anything from an exterior upgrade to an addition or kitchen / bath remodel or a large custom home — the attention to every detail with honest and very fair cost information is the ideal combination for building projects of every size. Thank you Lance — I look forward to working with you again when we build our next custom home.
