Had these guys come out on a blistering hot day to install a mini split today. They did a fantastic job for a good price. The quality of service provided by Randall, Cole, and Stan was honestly top notch. Definitely someone to look into if you're in need of an HVAC contractor in the area.

Our units have been serviced by climatemp for the past 4 years. Their office has significantly improved on their scheduling and appointment notifications. While their techs are reasonably good , the tech, Jason, who serviced our units today is outstanding. I have requested that he provide all future services.

We purchased a new air conditioning unit last year and this company has truly amazed us. Their office is so professional and friendly. They call for regular maintenance appointments and to let us know the eta of their technician the day of the appointment. They have an incredibly efficient team and I highly recommend them! Our house has been cold all summer in this Alabama heat and I want to say THANK YOU!

The guys (Clancy and Bull) who installed our heating/air unit were very efficient, cleaned up after themselves and replaced our old unit in one day after my service call. They had to fit a large unit into a small closet and somehow they made it work. I really appreciate their work.

Robert McGaster came to my house to complete maintenance on my AC. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this company to everyone.

Trevor was very personable and professional. He performed our scheduled maintenance service and answered our questions we had regarding our thermostat and system. Regular maintenance of our system is a high priority for us.

Clancy and Lee were wonderful and the work that they and the other members of the team did at our home to resolve our issues was diligent and appreciated. They were courteous and polite and neat and in and out without disruption. Highly recommended this team.

Climatemp is going to charge you $100 the moment they arrive on scene whether you have a service agreement or not. You will owe them $100 for stepping out of the van. After that, you will pay $200/hr whether they resolve your problem or not. You are going to pay and pay big! You’ve been warned, do your homework, you would be better off ripping up a $50 bill and throwing it out the window than calling Climatemp. It would be reasonably impossible to use a worse contractor so you have everything to lose by calling Climatemp and I’ve been in the business almost 30 years now.

If you are asking why did I use them to start with, it’s because my HVAC guy retired at the end of 2024 so I had no choice but to try someone else. $509 lesson learned.

Call someone else and save yourself the time, headache, and $$$.
