Captain Cool provides great service. Their technician Nas is top notch. I’ve used them twice in the last year on two different systems. Both times they had someone here fast, same day I called and their charges are very reasonable.

Zachary Stephens was the technician for our service call. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had us back with cool air in no time. The club member program is great also, I highly recommend.

Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair company. Nas arrived right on time. He was thorough and talked me through what he was doing the whole time. He also gave me plenty of options. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of our service call.

Our technician was Skyllar and we can't say enough about the service he and Anchor Air provided to us. Autumn called at a time when we're discussing issues with out A/C unit. Skyllar came out and made the appropriate service recommendations as well as service our unit. I can't say enough about them. They've been our go to since 2020 and we definitely won't do business with anyone else but Anchor Air!!

Captain Cool take care of my 3 air-conditioning units Nas Ali is my technician that comes out, he is very good at his job he is like family when he comes to take care of the problem he always does a great job .I would recommend Captain Cool to family and friends.

AJ was very polite and informative and suggesting several options to fit our budget on our heat pump replacement or repair.

Technician was prompt and very informative. We felt comfortable with his diagnostics and will certainly use him again. Another plus…the customer service rep was helpful and made our appointment happen even on short notice which was very much appreciated.

I have been very pleased with the service experience with Captain Cool, and I recommend you consider them for any HVAC needs in the Gulf Coast area. My technician Nas Ali was courteous, professional and very helpful to questions about my Bosch HVAC unit in Orange Beach. I spoke with several companies before I bought my unit a couple years ago, and it pays to do your homework as I feel they are clearly the best option. Plus, you gotta love that name…

Zach was awesome. He explained the issue ,and why it was happening, in a way I could completely understand. He helped me with the estimated cost of replacement units in a thorough and professional way.

I called with my problem and requested Naz because he had been awesome the last time we needed help. He arrived a few hours later, remember us and our system. He quickly determined the cause and made the necessary adjustments. He is so very polite, kind, and professional.

I am very happy with my dealings with Captain Cool. They installed my new air conditioning system and followed up with any issues with had. Nas just did our maintenance and he was polite and advised everything he checked and did. He also gave us instructions on keeping our system in good working order during the winter months.

Cheyne has been the best technician we have ever experienced. We have been living in an unfortunate situation for over a year and he came in and made it all as good as possible even going above and beyond. Cheyne is honest, professional, knowledgeable and everything you could ask for when feeling close to making a different decision. Also, Kelsey is another great asset to this location that deserves credit for being an amazing person that connected us with Cheyne. She is the best in communication beyond previous experiences prior to her. She doesn’t stop until her job is done. Many thanks to both of you!

Your technician was extremely professional. He went above and beyond, not just to take my work order and finish it for the day, but he literally took the time at 10 o’clock in the evening when he rightly should’ve been home with his family, but he came and he with a smile on his face help me out And even showed me what was going on. I recommend this company the highest I’ve ever rated the company and I’m gonna be honest I don’t rate many but this technician that you have that work for you stood out. Take care of him. He’s good at his job. Wanna keep that man on payroll And every time I have a problem with my AC or whatever I will be personally requesting him.
