We’ve been using Alatec for almost 11 years and have been impressed by their service. We’ve called after hours more than once for emergency service and have always been helped timely and reasonably. Great company with great people!

Alatec has been servicing my heat and air conditioning for the last few years. Brandon was here to check our furnace last week and was very professional. They have always given great service will continue using them!

We bought both of our units from Alatec a few years ago and have been nothing but pleased with their customer service. All we have to do is make a phone call if we need service and they are here fast. Every technician who has come to our house has been super polite, very friendly, respectful, and cleans up after their work. Our upstairs AC had shut off last night because the drip pan had clogged up, and David came out today and got everything working again. I couldn't be more satisfied with this company. If you need HVAC service, whether you bought your AC from them, call Alatec. I wouldn't trust my HVAC needs with anyone else!

A last minute decision, it was determined we needed a whole new air conditioner system for our older house. Alatec was available, on that Memorial Day weekend when others were putting us off a week. We purchased our system from them and David and Brandon stayed until after 10:00 that night to finish the job to be sure we weren't left overnight without air.

Had problems with AC twice. They we very responsive and figured out and fixed them in no time. You will not be disappointed if you use Alatec for your cooding needs. I give them an A++ rating.

It’s the hottest month of the year (August) and our air went out but thank God for Alatec! They came out immediately, made an assessment of my problem, provided a couple of solutions, and got my new unit installed same day! They were professional, courteous, even a little comical. 5 stars aren’t enough to rate this company. Definitely a 10 star. They came out on a very cold Sunday morning ( Super Bowl Sunday at that ) within an hour of calling them. The tech who came out ( Andrew ) was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. All around great guy. Excellent service, response and repair time. They are now my permanent HVAC company. Highly recommended. Thank you for the great job.

Alatec Heating & Cooling has been caring for our A/C and heaters for 20 + years. We maintain our service contract with them as they will come out between times if needed. Alatec had us try a DIY fix first on our HVAC that quit cooling in case that would fix our problem. When that didn’t work, they sent experienced staff out who replaced the malfunctioning part within a couple of hours. Follow up calls verified that the unit was still working correctly. We could not have asked for better response and concern for the costs. We will be calling them back when this HVAC croaks (as they all do eventually) because we know they will give great advice and service.

I have been using Alatec for a few years and I highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs. They are very polite and trust worthy group of guys to work with. Have been very satisfied with all of their work.

Alatec is a pleasure with whom to do business. The service man who did my work was punctual, and business like, he answered my questions and got right to work. I was assured that if things were not right, they would make it right. I have done business with this company for a while and plan to remain one of their customers. Lastly, The price was very reasonable.

Alatec installed my unit nearly 5 years ago. Recently I had issues with cooling and temperature outside was 92 degrees. I called another company to service unit. The other company said I needed a new unit & it would cost $11,000 then said best deal would cost $9000.00 with their discount! I sweated it out for 1 week. I prayed about it.
I called Alatec! They sent 2 men the day I called! They inspected my unit, they put 2lbs of freon in unit and my unit has been working every since! Total was under $400.00! Alatec saved me a lot of money! They reassured me that if I have any problems they will come!

Alatec installed our current hvac several years ago. They have always provided great service to us. We have had a service contract with them for years. David came out today for our 6 month service and was prompt and efficient. We truly recommend Alatec.

I am currently working from home and began to panic when my AC stopped working but the awesome Team at Alatec Heating & Cooling came to my rescue! I called Alatec at 1:15 today and urgently needed our AC looked at because the temp was rising in this awful heatwave. I spoke with Mike and he said he'll try to get a technician here within the hour. He delivered! The tech arrived on time and had us back up and running with cold air in no time. Great value & highly professional. I fully recommend Alatec Heating & Cooling.

When Sean came to my home I was already upset because the company that came the day before wanted to charge me $850 for things he couldn’t hardly explain to me & doing a lot of fast talking. First off you’re not saying nothing slick to a can of oil!! So I sent him on his way & called Alatec Heating & Cooling. Sean came & looked at the outside unit then went up to the attic. He told me his findings & said it would cost me $220. I said thank you for your honesty & he got right to work. He vacuumed water from a pan, found that the refrigerant was a pound low so he charged it, clean the drain pan, cleaned up oil around the suction port & checked all coils. He came back downstairs & turned everything back on. Now before he arrived that morning my home was a very hot 88 degrees. Later that afternoon/early evening it was a very comfortable 78 degrees which is what I normally keep it on when I’m home. I highly recommend Alatec Heating & Cooling to everyone having heating & cooling issues. Thank you Jesus for sending the right company. Thank you Alatec for your service & having honest hard working people in your company that doesn’t try to con people out of their hard earned money. I pray that God bless you so that your company expands to every state in the U.S.!! Keep treating your customers with respect & honesty & doing the job right at a reasonable & fair price & there will be no limit to your success!!!

I've been using Alatec for 10+ years now. Everyone that's ever come out has been courteous and always done a good job. Rarely have I had to call for something outside the service contract checks, but when I have, they've always been quick to respond.

I have used Alatec since 2014 when I had both my furnace and air conditioner replaced. They have always been on time, professional and friendly. Zack just came the other day, and as usual I was very pleased with his efficiency and professionalism. I would recommend Alatec Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.

I’ve been with Alatec for 10 years and they have always done a great job for me. This week they found some mold in the duct work near the coils. Since they do an inspection every six months, they found it early. A UV light and filter were installed to take care of the problem. My service technician was Brandon, and he did an excellent job. He answered a dozen or more questions, and showed me the product as he was placing it in the duct. Thanks for a job well done.
