I would highly recommend B&R Construction. Quality work and very reasonable pricing.

My wife's car was hit by debris falling off of this company's trailer. The debris was not tied down and did thousands of dollars worth of damage to our car. We called the owner who told both me and my wife "I'm busy I will call you right back"-lie, he never did. When contacted by our insurance company he said the items on the trailer were tied down. We have photo evidence it was not. He refused to call us and misled our insurance company. This definitely shows the kind character he exhibits. I would personally think twice before using a company run by someone like this.

Great company. They made a bad experience dealing with a rental company so much better. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. And they got a bunch of really big jobs done with lighting speed. 10/10 recommend.

Paid b&r construction & maintenance co partial pay to do a job by way cashier’s check in April it’s now mid month August and they’ve Abandoned the job with no completion in sight

My house was involved in a hit and run. The car completely ran through my house. Everyone else was held back by months. I gave B&R a call and they put me at the top of they’re list !!!!! And within a few months I was back in my home and it looked better than it did before. I 100% recommend this company for ANY of your needs. Thank you so much Walter and beth I don’t know what I would have done without you guys !

I've been working with Walter and B & R Construction and Maintenance for many, many years. I have had rental houses, and they have helped me by doing all kinds of repairs, yard work, cutting limbs - so many things. They have also helped me at my personal home in Crestline and my mother's house in Trussville. When I have had an emergency repair needed, I have always able to count on Walter and his crew to help me!

Highly recommend B&R Construction and Maintenance! I’ve gotten my porch and flooring redone by them and have loved both of the end results!! The team put in so much effort to make sure I was happy with the work. All of the workers are kind, efficient, and communicated throughout the entire process! Very happy I got to work with B&R!

Very disappointed, I reached out to them first 2 weeks ago and Jesse came out and told us positive things and then said he would be getting the estimate submitted to me and our insurance company and then get the crew out as soon as approved. That’s the only time he’s reached out and I have reached out several times via text and call nothing. So I reached out to the office and the girl that answered the phone said that Walter was not available and she would reach out and call him and have him to call me back and let me know what has taken place with Jesse and I never got a response back. I would not recommend this company

Second review: Per the insurance company they have not received any estimates, Yes I spoke with the lady in the office. But as stated I have yet had any return calls or responses from Jesse in almost a week, He Did not do what he said he would do nor did he reach out. Very unprofessional and lack of communication and respect. He was left several voicemail messages and text on our behalf as promised by myself and husband. Nor did Walter reach out to me. I only spoke with the office yesterday once and I only called twice last week. Again no response to this date from Jesse nor Mr. Walter. The sole issue is with Jesse who informed us that he would have our estimate sent last Friday and once approved he could send the crew to start by next week after Serv Process was completed by tomorrow and they finished their work today

Walt and his teams of craftsmen rescued me from a nightmare left by my previous contractor. Even though they were booked solid, they worked me in so that I could move into the apartment I had been waiting for 11 months for the renovation to be completed. Even though there were wait times because of other jobs already scheduled, they managed to complete the job in a timely manner. Each team (shower install, plumbing, construction and electrical) was professional, sympathetic to my situation, creative in solving the many problems left by the previous contractor and courteous. I am so grateful to each of them.

Walter and his team do a fantastic job remodeling. He assisted me in choosing designs and stayed on track of my anticipated completion date for my office space. He worked with me on pricing as well to make this transition easy.

Done great work repairing the floors in my bathroom and laundry room. In a timely manner at a time when it’s hard to find people to come do anything. Highly recommended for home repair needs!

B&R has handled several problems for me . They handle problems in a timely manner. They show up when they say they will be there . They have always followed up. Making sure I was satisfied with the job that they have done.

This is our third project with BnR and Walter has always been a pleasure to work with. He’s always super ready to get the job done, but keeps everything a light hearted and is really a funny guy.
