They do not do quotes, it requires the customer paying for the permit to have them come give you a quote before pricing.... very expensive and I would try to use find someone that will do a free quote first.

They were on time, found the leak in a timely manner and nice guys. If you have a leak and cant replace your entire water service, give these guys a call they have better prices than their competitors.

Wonderful customer service from the call to schedule the appointment, to the technician who found the leak within an hour. I highly recommend this company!

Wow! This company is awesome. They are the one to choose for leak detection for a couple of reasons! #1- they care about the customer. They give the price up front (aside from the repair) Once you schedule your appointment, they call you to go over details and inform you about everything they do to find the leak. #2- their equipment is top notch! I emailed this company and told them what was going on, and the response of telling me that they don't have time to come out and give estimates for service work. That is poor customer service as I work for a company for repairs and I would never tell someone we don't have time, Thank you but I will take my business elsewhere

I called and spoke to the receptionist and explained what needed to be done - replace the main water line to my house. She said she would send it to one of the plumbers and they would give me a call. Never heard back from them.

This company had two trucks in Redmont Gardens/Mountainbrook earlier today. I was riding my bike (legally) and they shouted obscenities and flashed middle finger. Other pedestrians witness this act through English Village and shouted be kind etc. then said to me, “send me the pic of truck bc we never hire that company etc”. Dangerous and rude.

We had a propane gas leak in our home and these guys went above and beyond to not only repair our issue in a timely fashion, but even offered to bring us a tank of propane to use until the gas company could fill our tank. This level of customer service is hard to find these days. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company came on time very quickly and did a great job. It was my fault I did not ask enough questions we were shocked at a $432 bill for putting a water regulator on that took 40 minutes. I was told they charge a minimum of 2 hours at $140 an hour on top of a $60 service charge. I just want you to know this before you make your decision. This might be the right choice for you, but you need to know all the facts.

I called on a Monday afternoon with the little smell of gas around the water heater. She was very friendly and helpful. She worked me in for the next morning. Two guys came out and were friendly and fast. The truck was loaded with parts and looked like they could just about fix anything while they were there.
I will use them again!!
