Reviews of local pros in Gardendale, Alabama

I had all the carpets in my home, a rug, my couch, and a chair cleaned. After requesting a quote, I received a quick response from a representative who helped me schedule the cleaning at a convenient time. I appreciated the timely text updates throughout the process. When the technician arrived, he was very professional and worked efficiently within the scheduled timeframe. There was a stain on the rug that I pointed out, and even though it returned after cleaning, we had agreed that he would come back to address it. I was really impressed with the effort he put into removing that stubborn stain, and he did everything he could to make it right. I highly recommend Worry Free Carpet Cleaners and will definitely use their services again!

Worry Free Carpet Cleaners did an outstanding job! They arrived on time, were very professional, and friendly, delivering top-notch quality. They took their time to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned; there was no rushing or messiness. I had Jamie and Erik come out to clean our two white couches, an ottoman, throw pillows, and an area rug. These items were in our main living area and were quite dirty. I wasn't sure what to expect, but they surpassed all my hopes. The room looks so much brighter and cleaner, just like when we first moved in. I'm really impressed and would highly recommend their services!

Absolutely some of the best money I have ever spent. I hired them to come clean the carpets and floors in the house my wife and I are moving into. They cleaned everything from top to bottom, including the walls. They steamed the carpets and also steamed and sealed all the tile. At first, I was unsure about the price, but Jamie and the team worked so hard, even on a Saturday. There’s no way we could have gotten the house this clean on our own—it would have taken us months. Worth every penny. I’m telling all my friends and family. My wife, who is very particular, is thrilled with how clean everything is. I’m really happy I chose a local Gardendale company instead of a big chain. Great job!

I needed a carpet cleaning service for a couch that my cat had unfortunately chosen to express its displeasure on, instead of using its litter box. This happened multiple times while I was away from home for several days. After reading numerous positive reviews online, I decided to reach out to a highly-rated carpet cleaning company, and I'm delighted I did. Their service was prompt. Even when I was running late for my appointment, they showed flexibility and waited patiently without any complaints. The quality of service they provided was exceptional, and my couch was cleaned better than I could have ever expected. I would, without a moment's hesitation, recommend this carpet cleaning service to others in Gardendale. Collin and Jamie were particularly helpful.

Update: After relocating, the owner of Worry Free Carpet Cleaners personally came to help with my carpet cleaning. I’ve decided to change my review to 4 stars because of his assistance. While I had some concerns about the level of professionalism and respect I was hoping for, my experience improved overall. This was my third time using their services, and although I faced some issues with the promises outlined in the invoice, I appreciate the effort put in by the team. When I reached out, I didn’t receive a text or call back, but I believe they are working to improve their responsiveness. I would recommend giving them a try for your carpet cleaning needs!

Erik came by to assess our carpet cleaning needs. He and his team from Worry Free Carpet Cleaners tackled the job within a short period, addressing all our concerns. They were very professional and courteous. The team did an impressive job, leaving our carpets looking as good as new. They also replaced a section of our carpet that our dog had damaged. Bernard was in charge of this task and did an excellent job - you can't even tell our pet had chewed up the carpet. I highly recommend their services!

Erik was our technician, and he did an outstanding job with our carpet cleaning. His professionalism was top-notch, and he paid great attention to detail while working hard. I was really impressed by how he handled everything on his own. He made sure to wear booties and encouraged us to wear them as well during the walkthrough. He kindly informed us that the carpet would be wet, showing he cared about our safety throughout the process. The carpets turned out amazing! While it might not be the cheapest option, it is absolutely worth every penny. We needed this done because of a new family member on the way, and Erik truly exceeded our expectations. He would be a fantastic representative for Worry Free Carpet Cleaners.

Extremely professional and always on time, the team was great at explaining every part of the carpet cleaning process. They did an amazing job stripping and waxing an old vinyl tile floor, making it look beautiful again, and hand scraping away all the old buildup. They also deep cleaned the new carpet on the stairs after it had gotten dirty from contractors, and now it looks just as bright and fresh as when it was first put in. We are thrilled with how everything turned out in our Gardendale home. I will definitely call them again whenever I need carpet or floor cleaning in the future. Highly recommended!

My daughter had her carpets cleaned by this company and spoke very highly of them. I gave them a call, and Jamie came to my home to inspect and talk about all the areas I wanted cleaned. Bernard sent me a fair quote and got the job scheduled quickly. I wanted every room’s carpet cleaned. I was really impressed with how friendly and professional they were, and they really knew what they were doing. We weren’t home during the cleaning, but when I returned and saw the results, I was amazed—everything looked spotless! I would definitely recommend their carpet cleaning services and will use them again.

I arranged for Worry Free Carpet Cleaners to clean the carpets in a client's home after they moved out, preparing it for the new owners. I was given a time frame of 9 AM to 12 Noon. Collin and Erik contacted me early in the morning to confirm they would arrive right at 9 AM. They worked efficiently and professionally, doing an excellent job on the carpet cleaning. It was a fantastic way to kick off my day and helped me get back to my other work. I will definitely choose Worry Free Carpet Cleaners again with quality team members like Collin and Erik.

This is definitely the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used! Collin is a true professional, honest and fair, and he really cares about making sure the job is done right. He managed to get rid of all the stains, pet odors, and pet oils left behind, and made the carpets look and feel almost new again. The carpets were soft and fresh after he finished. After my first call, some workers accidentally left a deep blue stain, but Collin came back quickly and cleaned it up perfectly. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service!

From the moment I reached out to Worry Free Carpet Cleaners, I was impressed by their professionalism and honesty. Their pricing for carpet cleaning services was very reasonable. They skillfully repaired a bleach stain on our carpet using dye, and the color match was nearly perfect. Now, the carpet looks fantastic, and it’s hard to believe there was ever a stain. The technician arrived promptly, communicated clearly about the service, and worked efficiently with a professional attitude. I would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning needs.

i had a big water problem in the whole bottom level of my house when the carpets got soaked. as someone who doesn't live nearby and had renters coming soon, i was really stressed and didn't know where to start. when i called bernard, he was so helpful and quickly got a crew together to fix things up. they took care of everything, from drying and cleaning the carpets to repairing floors and even matching hardwood where it was needed. the team worked fast and made sure everything was ready before my guests arrived. everyone who came to help was really professional and knew exactly what to do. they not only cleaned up the carpets but left the place looking spotless and fresh. they turned a tough situation into a smooth process, and i'll definitely use them for any carpet cleaning needs in the future. highly recommend for anyone needing quick and quality carpet cleaning.

Worry Free Carpet Cleaners did an amazing job cleaning our large sectional couch and three rooms. From the start, when we reached out for a quote, their quick response and detailed estimate set them apart from the competition. Meeting Erik and his assistant in person was a delight; they arrived right on time, acted completely professional, and were very friendly! Their prices are fantastic, and they did such a wonderful job with our couch and rugs that I couldn't wait to get another estimate for our upstairs carpeted bedrooms. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and am excited to have them return! I feel so lucky to have discovered this company that truly embodies excellent service!

From the first call to the final results, working with Erik was a fantastic experience. I am usually very careful about who I let into my home, but Erik’s honesty and clear communication made me feel comfortable right away. I have tried other carpet cleaning companies before, but none of them provided the same high level of customer service that Erik did. After just one carpet cleaning, I already feel like a loyal customer. I have recommended this service to my family and friends, and I would definitely recommend it to you!

We had a fantastic experience with a carpet cleaning service today. Erik and his team were incredibly courteous and attentive to our needs. Their work was outstanding, and our carpet has never looked better. They truly did a wonderful job from start to finish. We highly recommend this service for all your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. They will deliver excellent service and go above and beyond your expectations. Great job!

Worry Free Carpet Cleaners could easily be renamed to PHENOMENAL Carpet Cleaning. Bernard and Collin did an outstanding job (yet again) in cleaning our carpets. They're really professional, respectful and always keep their word about their arrival time. They managed to remove stains from my carpet that other carpet cleaning businesses failed to do. I regretted once hiring another carpet cleaning company, only to realize they were not as excellent as Bernard and Collin. Erik ensured that i was happy with the work carried out before he left. My carpet looks brand new again! They make it tough to even consider switching to hardwood or tile floors with the excellent work they do. Their prices are affordable enough that i don't have to hire a carpet shampooer anymore and try to do what they can do even better than me. i will definitely hire them again. Highly, highly suggest them!! you won't be let down.

Worry Free Carpet Cleaners did an incredible job on our heavily used carpets! After lots of spills from parties and trying to clean our basement carpets ourselves and with other well-known companies, we realized we needed real professionals. Our cream-colored basement carpet looked spotless after Jamie finished getting out all the stains and marks that had built up. They also cleaned the dining room carpet after a holiday gathering, making it look like new again. The price was a bit higher, but we truly feel it was worth it because no one else could have handled the tough job like they did. The team was professional, quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and did even more than we expected!

The team did an amazing job! They worked really hard and made sure we got great value for our carpet cleaning. We just bought a home and thought the old carpet was beyond saving, but Erik and the crew came through. All the tough black stains disappeared, and now our carpet looks brand new without the high cost. I highly recommend Worry Free Carpet Cleaners to anyone who needs a quality carpet cleaning. They are reliable, trustworthy, and make your home look fresh again!

We just bought our first home and wanted the carpets fresh and ready to move in. My parents have used Worry Free Carpet Cleaners before, but this was my first time. I was a little unsure at first because I thought the cleaning would use harsh chemicals, but that wasn’t the case at all. Erik was my technician and he was very friendly and knew a lot about carpet cleaning. He explained the process clearly and showed a lot of pride in his work. If you’re looking for a carpet cleaning company, I definitely recommend them! My carpets are clean, sanitized, and will be dry in just 2 hours. It’s great to see such hardworking and positive people. I’m sure the person Erik is training will do a great job too!

Collin and Bernard came by to clean my carpets, and I have never seen them look so spotless before. I’ve tried other carpet cleaning services in the past, but none have ever made my carpets look this good. The team was very tidy, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They protected all the corners and floors too. Just a fantastic experience with Worry Free Carpet Cleaners. Collin really understands carpet care. I also want to mention that I once met Collin in a completely different situation, and he showed incredible kindness by helping me out when I needed it, without asking for anything in return. This just shows what kind of honest and trustworthy people you’ll find here. Very safe and reliable.
