I called Danco about having my generator serviced was talked down to....explained that they don't work on portable generators....when that was not what I wanted serviced....I explained it was a home natural gas generator and was again be little and all I wanted was maintenence on my home generator....if you like to be treated unprofessional and rude call Danco

I had Dan Co. Services Replace my A. C. when it went out back in 2021. I have to say,I was very impressed with the owner, Dan Eubanks, and his knowledge of all the workings of that unit.

Ordered a generac from Lowes and Danco services turned up.
Installation started off well then the owner got involved and he was aggressive and extremely rude.
Come to find out they messed up the plumbing and the electric install.
The city got involved and I was told that they should have told the city about the install since it involved the gas plumbing, owner told me they had told the city turned out that was a lie and they don't follow procedures.
I won't let them maintain my Generac again.
No Thank you, you could have made it right when we spoke but you refused , now you want to act like you care, you don't and don't contact me again.

Generator was installed July of 2023. Due to Alabama Power issue the installation crew remained on site until Alabama Power fixed their issues of power coming from the Power Pole. Installation crew did not leave until around 11:00 PM. Service like that is very rare.

Power went out around 01:20 am on the 9th of Jan, 2024. Once again Danco answered the phone when call because of the lightning strike at the power pole had to manually switch to Gen service power. Danco talked me through the process until it was done.
Generator was repaired and all issue resoled. The service is above and beyond top quality. And Customers come first.

I recommend Them above everyone else.

My realtor, Diane Ewing sent me a card about Danco and I called them. They sent Brian Less out to give me an estimate. The price was very fair so I signed a contract and they set up dates for delivery and installation. The two-man team came at 8:00 in the morning like they told me and they worked nonstop until they completed the installation at 11:00 at night. Danco is very fortunate to have such hard working individuals that take pride in their work and their company. Great experience.

We have 2 units. Had them out to replace a thermistor in December on one of our units. At that time both thermostats were saying the thermistor was bad, though only one unit was out. I asked if both thermistors should be replaced. They insisted on only replacing one since the other unit was running fine at the time. Well it’s 6 months later and now I’ve got to pay for another service call and labor to get the 2nd thermistor replaced.

It’s been a while since we had our generator installed. Since then I have received stellar service for preventive as well as corrective maintenance which we required once. For that I feel this provider deserves 5 stars.

Ordered a 22Kw through Lowe’s and DANCO was the contractor. Did a very good job. No issues or problems with equipment or installation. He did however, have a technician who was less than professional or responsive. His lack of professionalism may have been the cause of the entire job not being completed until a day or two past completion date. Owner came to see me and hear my concerns. Dan was very receptive and aware of the issues. Because it was approaching Christmas time, he had already decided to retain the person through the holidays and then let him go. That was thoughtful and I felt it was a good decision. DANCO has serviced my unit since installation with great service. Tech has been informative, clean and organized and on time each time. And that is the kind of service I look for.

Everyone at Danco is top notch. Lauren in the office was quick to return calls and kept everything in line. Brian Less in sales was outstanding. He addressed every concern. Dustin and Tim the installers were great. They made sure I understood how to operate the generator. I could bought a generator from a big box store. It may have cost less. With a generator you don't want less. You want a company you know is going to be there for service. You want a point person you have a connection with if you need service. I highly recommend Danco.

Very nice people, gave me notice when they were on the way. Terry Waldrop did my generator maintenance and I was very impressed. He explained everything he did, answered all my questions, and I learned a lot about my generator. I'll definitely have them come out every year from now on to maintain it.

We recently moved and decided to get another generator from Danco. We loved the generator we had. When the crew arrived they were amazing. They all knew what needed to be done and when. There was no sitting around. Everyone was not just polite but friendly and went out of their way to serve us. As a retired manager I would want to hold on to this crew at all costs.
