If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Told them my address was in Wilmer. Was told they would arrive between 8-10 and by 10 am next morning nothing. All that just to have the owner call me and tell me they don’t service Wilmer. Maybe they should train their employees better to know what areas they do service. He wanted to charge me an extra $75 to come out and do my service because they made a mistake. Don’t be fooled….35 5 star reviews for a company that runs like is not accurate. They must have a lot of family and friends to leave their reviews.

Scott was very nice, but never returned to finish the work. We contacted him in April to fix our shower valve, he showed up and said he had to order part, and never came back. It’s now June and I haven’t heard anything from him.

Called several septic service companies and got attitudes as if I was bothering them; one company said they’d be out Monday, but I never heard back from them. Called Flo Masters Tuesday. My first in counter with the secretary was very pleasant. She seemed concerned and even offered to let me speak to a tech., in case it was something I could have corrected myself (to save money). When Scott got on the phone, I was impressed yet again. He was polite and after talking a few moments, he said give my secretary your address and I’m on my way. Inside of 30-minutes, he was knocking on my door. Very polite and friendly. He assured me that he would take care of my issue and he did! He I am very grateful for and to him. He will get my business from now on as I learned that he fixes water heaters as well. Thanks Scott & Savannah for your sweet spirit. Oh, and his fee was very affordable.
