Steven came out to replace the element of my dishwasher. Called him this morning and he was here by noon to fix it. Got it repaired and he also fixed the door the door from falling down. Super nice man and dependable! I highly recommend him!

The company was very responsive and arrived on time as coordinated. I am disappointed in the bill I received. When I arrived from out of town on Sunday my wine cooler was not working. So I called 1st choice because our building maintenance manager recommended them. They came to my condo on Thursday. I had unplugged the unit and moved it out so they could get right on it. They plugged it back in and it started working again. They said something must have reset. I was emailed a bill for $95 service call and $30 for labor. They were here for maybe 9 minutes. And contrary to what has been written as a response from the company to other reviewers, I was not advised of the trip charge and obviously minimum labor charge in advance. It is my fault for assuming the company would operate like the other "local" plumbers, electricians, repairmen and HVAC companies I have used here. I was expecting small town and what I got was big city billing. This is the FIRST company in Orange Beach that I cannot recommend to others. But in closing the Techs were on time and polite. So my beef isn't with them. And to management, don't worry, I will be mailing the check. My last.

My review I made was a mistake I had them confused with another company but after talking with them I am going to use them in the future.

No one likes to need an appliance repaired, but if you do, call this company. We needed them twice in the last two weeks 😟 for stove and dishwasher. Both times, they were here within 24 hours. One instance was same-day service on a Saturday. This is a local company. They are honest, courteous and competent. I highly recommend them.
PS - I read all the other reviews before writing this one. The only ones that are less than 5 stars are people complaining about the service fee. Please realize that 1) it’s standard practice 2) they carry extensive equipment and inventory on the truck, expediting service 3) they are utterly competent and honest 4) they deserve to be paid for their time and make a living, just like everyone else. If your appliance is fixable, they’ll fix it. If it’s not, that’s not their fault. They deserve to be paid.

Very dependable and responsible. Arrived promptly and efficiently fixed my refrigerator and dishwasher. I highly recommend!!
