Called and tried to get them to come out and the lady on the phone was a complete and total smart ass. Very bad attitude. I felt like I was bothering her by even calling. Too bad because I could have given her a lot business. Horrible customer service!

Did a solid job , on short notice in less than great weather. Did have to call them back to clean up , but hey its a contractor in Gulf Shores . If they show up (kind of sober) and fix the problem, you got a winner! :-)

I have Da Water Werks provide plumbing service to my rental condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores as well as my home. They have always been super responsive. They have done what they said they would do when they say they will do it....a quality that is hard to find in many vendors here. I completely rely on them for all my plumbing needs.

We had a hot water heater that went bad last year and was replaced under warranty. The other plumbers I called wouldn’t install if they didn’t sell it. The others wanted as much as a new one just to install. I called Da’ Water Werks and they installed it quickly, professionally and they were very reasonable in their pricing. Highly recommended.
