We had an unfortunate event happen where our inside cat got outside and climbed a very tall tree and wouldn’t come down. Douglas tree service came out to our home and climbed this tree and retrieved our cat safely. We did not get any tree work done this time but the professionalism they showed for something like this made me realize any tree services I need or family will need in the future will be done by this company. A really great job to Douglas Tree Service. Can’t thank you enough

I have used Douglas Tree Service 3 times and they have been dependable. Careful with tree removal, reasonable rates, and good clean up after tree removal/trimming. Their staff also consults with homeowners if question or recommendation while on site or during their services. In addition, they don’t try to upsell their services.

My company was doing a project in Scottsboro, AL and at the last minute the property owner wanted some trees cleared before we could start our project. Our material was already on site and we needed the trees removed within a few days. I called Douglas Tree Service and Joey Douglas met me on site within a couple of hours after I called. We had already contracted with another service to do the job but when they arrived on site they determined the site to be too wet and dangerous for them to complete the job. To be fair to the other company, they were from out of town and did not bring the proper equipment to do the job safely. They apologized and let us out of their contract.
Once Joey Douglas arrived on site and evaluated the job, he gave me a written quote (which was less than the other company). Once I gave him approval, that was on Wednesday and work was completed before the weekend. Our project was able to start with no delays.
I would highly recommend Douglas Tree Service to anyone in Scottsboro, AL and the surrounding areas. They were priced fair, met my timeline, did quality work and cleaned up the area to the point that you would know they had just removed 5 trees.

Worst tree service ever. They were suppose to be here 3 different times. Finally came on the 4th scheduled appointment and then only done 1/2 what was agreed to be done. Then the guy cutting tried to charge me $1000 more than agreed price! I contacted them and no one wants to talk to me! Stay away!

One word: amazing!!! Southern Sparkle Cleaning Co. provided superior service. My family is busy and one thing that takes so much work is ensuring the house is clean from week-to-week. We called Southern Sparkle Cleaning Co to help us keep up the cleaning. The owner came to do an in-home consultation, walked around each room, and provided options for the services we wanted. After the in-home consultation, I was given reasonable prices for the services I wanted with days and times of availability. The owner came on Monday and was able to squeeze us in for Thursday.

The cleaning was done while I was at work. When I returned, my home had a real "SPARKLE". The deep cleaning service included baseboards, dusting, pulling furniture away from walls and cleaning behind the stove. The smell of walking into a clean home was amazing! It was so clean that I didn't want to cook or eat in areas that could mess it up. Thank you Southern Sparkle and team. You are the best!!

Our experience with Chris Clay and his team has been beyond exceptional. We had landscaping, plantings, and irrigation done by his team. His communication before and throughout the project was excellent. His timing and quality of work exceeded expectations. Showed up to the house today without a courtesy call. Two non-English speaking gentlemen wanted to have my wife open our fence gate and garage. After telling them to wait a few minutes while she brought our dogs into the house, one guy had entered the side gate and was stopped by our dogs! Done working with a company that can’t /won’t communicate with us!
