Kept us waiting an extra day for her to show up. She broke the plumbing to the toilet which took two days for me to fix and resolve. Paid her $500 for a deep clean and not a single shelf or cabinet was dusted. I understand tardiness due to personal circumstances and I understand the accident with the plumbing, but the lackluster work for $500 and lack of communication is very unprofessional. I never leave bad reviews but this whole ordeal has ate up so much of my money and time, in which I cannot spare due to taking care of elderly family members.
