He was honest and reasonably priced

Very helpful in finding what I needed

We enjoy doing business with Byford!

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. The store has a great selection of parts for older faucets.

Had everything I need, he asked what I could need help with as soon as I walked in the door, had me everything I needed within 45 seconds and back on the job

2nd time stopping by and both times the guys were extremely helpful really nice and just all around a much more personable experience than the big box stores. Definitely recommend if you're anywhere around the Hartselle area stopping by and giving them your business for all your plumbing needs!!

Great guys. They special order anything they might not have in stock. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Simple building; not paying for some fancy store front.

It's a great place to do bussiness with. They are great guys and they will help you with anything.

Hands down he best prices you will ever find. I won't shop from any big box store as long as they are in Business.
