I believe his name is Zac. He was very professional and easy to talk to. We have used M & V for several years and we are very satisfied with them. I highly recommend them.

These guys are the best! They are so reliable, professional, and fair. Our heat stopped working one Saturday and they were at our house quickly. These are some of the reasons we have been customers for years!

Zach, the service man was very nice and friendly. I called them and they came out right away. Job was reasonably priced and did a very good job. he answered all my questions, and explained anything I was needing to know. Thank you M &V

Where do I begin. We had a company that came out of Hartselle name Hidgon AC repair they wanted 6k to fix and 10k to get a new one. So Mr. Kody Vest came to give me a new unit price and wanted to see if they could turn my unit back on, yes you can!! Well the fix was 195$and hasn’t miss a beat!! I’ll only use M&V heating and cooling from now on!! Thank you Kody and Chandler for your honesty and well done job I can’t thank you enough!!! God bless you!!!

They were great to work with from start to finish. I truly felt like they went above and beyond to get our central unit swapped to a gas unit. Everyone was so friendly to talk to. M&V Heating and Cooling will always be my go to! Thank you and your team!!! We can't express our gratitude enough for how diligent and caring Chandler, Kody, and their team was during this unit swap.

M & V is the best. Why? They care. It's been a whole lot the past couple months. My mom was in the Hospital. 1 unit not working, the other on just heat strips. And other issue with electrical that they were able to trace back and found some issues. They also got me in touch with an electrician. Her house could have burned to the ground. So I am forever grateful for their time and going beyond to help me out.

Our unit went out a couple days from us going on vacation. On top of that temps in the lower 20’s were coming also.
M&V’s response time was terrific. We left town on Sunday. M & V arrived Monday, changed out the Air Handler and had our home heat on before the freezing temps arrived that night. The job was completed the following day and I was able to view the system on my phone for the remainder of our vacation.
It was such a relief to know our home was in excellent hands while we enjoyed our trip.

2 people came. Fuse blown in air handler. Did diagnostics. Since my unit was under warranty, I had them replace the board and contactor
