My air conditioner slowly failed during some very warm weather. After being stood up/no return call by some other heating and cooling vendors, I decided I was tired of the heat in my house as by this time my unit had totally failed. So I went to the internet and did a search and M&V came up on top of the list. I read several of the reviews and liked what I was seeing so I clicked on the website link and gave M&V a good looking over. I was surprised to find they had a 24 hour number, so I called it thinking I would leave a message and maybe I would get a call on Monday. I was very surprised when Cody answered the phone and asked how he could help me. I explained my situation. Cody took my info and told me he would try to work me in on Monday, if not definitely Tuesday.
Monday came around and just after lunch, I got a text that a tech was on his way to my house. After about 20 minutes, Chandler pulled into my driveway. He got out, we talked briefly as Cody had already given him the basics. He came in the house and started troubleshooting. He found the problem in short order and made the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, the unit was completely empty of refrigerant so it had to be vacuumed and recharged. After that, a quick leak check and we turned on the unit. What a relief to feel the cool air coming from my registers! Costs of the repairs was as expected. I can't say enough good things about these guys. That kind of response in this day and age are a breathe of fresh air. Thanks again Cody and Chandler!

M&V, LLC. Installed a new 3.5ton Trane combo unit for our downstairs heat and A/C. Wrapped ductwork that needed to be fixed, and installed a new panel. Made sure everything was working properly. Professional work from professional people! This group has my highest rating. After they performed exceptional work at our home, we had them do work at our parents home (again exceptional) This past week my husband sent them to our daughter’s home (again exceptional). You cannot get a better recommendation or rating than that. They work at our home and we trust them to go to our mom’s and kid’s homes.

Where do I begin. We had a company that came out of Hartselle name Hidgon AC repair they wanted 6k to fix and 10k to get a new one. So Mr. Kody Vest came to give me a new unit price and wanted to see if they could turn my unit back on, yes you can!! Well the fix was 195$and hasn’t miss a beat!! I’ll only use M&V heating and cooling from now on!! Thank you Kody and Chandler for your honesty and well done job I can’t thank you enough!!! God bless you!!!

They were great to work with from start to finish. I truly felt like they went above and beyond to get our central unit swapped to a gas unit. Everyone was so friendly to talk to. M&V Heating and Cooling will always be my go to! Thank you and your team!!! M & V is the best. Why? They care. It's been a whole lot the past couple months. My mom was in the Hospital. 1 unit not working, the other on just heat strips. And other issue with electrical that they were able to trace back and found some issues. They also got me in touch with an electrician. Her house could have burned to the ground. So I am forever grateful for their time and going beyond to help me out.

Our unit went out a couple days from us going on vacation. On top of that temps in the lower 20’s were coming also.
M&V’s response time was terrific. We left town on Sunday. M & V arrived Monday, changed out the Air Handler and had our home heat on before the freezing temps arrived that night. The job was completed the following day and I was able to view the system on my phone for the remainder of our vacation.
It was such a relief to know our home was in excellent hands while we enjoyed our trip.
