Had the Christmas lights in our yard cut a few times in one season, so after a brief consultation after the second incident, she came out with one of her staff and installed a camera system. They installed a camera at each end of our house with wiring ran through our attic, and installed a custom outlet in our home office for the recording system. They installed the system quickly and efficiently so as to not take up too much time (it was a work night), and they educated us on the system and its capabilities to assure the camera system would work well and prove to be a valuable asset should we have any future incidents. Our setup was pretty simple compared to the other stuff they do, but the expertise, professionalism, and care they exhibited the entire time was palpable.

My in-laws have used Valdez Audio Video's (Dianna's) services for many years and have raved about her often. So when we bought a house and decided to install a projector and sound system in our finished basement room as well as a 60 inch TV and sound bar above our fireplace, she was the only option we even considered. She and her assistant did an amazing job with our installations. They consulted with us beforehand to understand our needs so they had all the required materials available. We had to order some light fixtures for the basement room and Dianna gave us all the specs we needed and we sent her our ideas for review. She told us which would work best for what we wanted based on her experience. They also consulted with us upon their arrival to understand exactly how and where everything was to be installed. After seeing the exact dimensions of the basement room they suggested some changes to the original plan as what we discussed wouldn't work but their suggestions would deliver the same result we were trying to achieve. Not only did they perfectly and securely install the TV and sound bar, they also hid all the wires behind the wall so we didn't have to look at them. They installed a new theater screen, all four dimming lights, smart light switch panel, speakers in the ceiling, connected the subwoofer to the system, hid all the lines above the ceiling, and put all the components in a side closet so it was more like a true theater room rather than just a finished basement with a projector. On top of the professional service they gave us they were also wonderful to work with and all around great folks. We were more than delighted with the service we received and will use Valdez Audio Video for any future installations we have or adjustments to our current installation.

In short, if you hire anyone else besides Valdez Audio Video, I can guarantee you'll be disappointed.

Had a fairly simple installation service request: 3 ethernet drops in two separate rooms. They were very tidy with clean up, all the installation locations I requested were complete. The value of it all was perfect. They were in and out in 2 hours. Highly recommend them and will be used again.

Top-notch professionals. If you want it done right, give them a call. Britney will set you up. I bought a new house, and needed a wire run and a TV mounted. The estimate process was effortless and well-explained. There were no surprise over-charges, which some contractors usually do.

The day of the install, a whole team showed up, installing the TV mount and doing the wiring at the same time. The technicians were very friendly, clearly knowledgeable, professional and communicated clearly during the process. They cleaned up all work areas and made sure we were satisfied before leaving.

Heck, even my cats liked them, and they are never wrong. So there you go. Well-recommended.
