Our dryer was acting up I called on a Wednesday afternoon they were able to come out the next morning. They collected info on our dryer so they were able to bring parts. They fixed it on the spot and were in and out within less than 30 minutes! Our dryer is working perfectly and we will use them for sure if we need any repairs in the future!

Rolled the dice, and took Google's suggestion! And I admit I really don't trust Google! This time it suggested a great company! They had to order a part, so I figured next week the work would be done! I figured wrong! They told me it would be done today and it was! The Tech knew her stuff! And I will gladly use them again! Sometimes it a good thing to be wrong!

I just want to take the time and tell y’all about this company and the service they provide. I promise you, you won’t find anyone else that’s more determined to get you fixed up as quickly as possible. You wont haft to worry about them fixing something that wasn’t the problem or charging you some outrageous price. These are the Professional’s I turn to as well as my family if a problem arise’s. You won’t find anyone else who’s more respectful, Determined, and enthusiastic about getting the job done. And the Biggest thing is they’re are a Christian company. I turn to them if I have any problems and I suggest y’all do the same.

Called for appt to check a sketchy refrigerator. An appt was made for morning. Called back and requested change to afternoon. Apparently this was not communicated to the repair person because they started calling in the morning and when I told the tech that the appt was moved to afternoon, I was told that they my time slot had passed and she couldn't help me. I would have to call and reschedule. For the $$ these poeple charge for a service call, just to show up, you would think they would try and have some flexibility. Didn't appreciate the arrogant attitude of the tech, either.

Kimberly was professional, informative, transparent, and quick to get my fridge back up and running. Really appreciate the quick turnaround and friendly customer service!

An overall miserable experience. Technician was not wearing a mask despite current COVID issues and there being an at-risk senior in the home, but that's just the icing on the cake. Was not able to get the unit running... because they misdiagnosed the problem. Had to pay a second company to fix their mistake. Repairman was rude and pushy in person when he was at our home, more interested in selling us a new unit than even bothering to explain what the problem actually was. And when we called to complain, the owner - the repairman's father, apparently - was extremely rude, and hung up on me with a parting comment that "my son wouldn't make a mistake like that".

Absolutely would not call again. The only reason this review is one star is the system won't let me do less.

The work that Lee and his family do is great. With the upcoming warmer weather, we turned our A/C unit on to find out that it was not working. He came out with an hour of being contacted and figured out the problem. He got the malfunctioning unit replaced and up and working. He went above and beyond to help us out. I would recommend him to anyone that needs their unit looked at. Thanks for everything.

We have worked with this company for years. They have fixed our appliances and our air conditioner/heat pump. They are always on time and always striving for quality without breaking the bank. I have and will continue to recommend A and A to my friends and family.

A&A Appliance and HVAC, LLC did an amazing job repairing our dishwasher. Within a week, they inspected the issue, ordered the part, and came to replace it. The morning they came to replace the item, it was anticipated that it would take 30 minutes to an hour. They were in and out within 10 minutes and I now have a working dishwasher! The professionalism and expedited service definitely puts them above the rest. I highly recommend their service expertise.

I want to thank A&A Appliance and HVAC for the outstanding job preformed for the Cowboy Church of Limestone County. We requested an estimate for the complete installation of a new system that would heat and cool our new youth building. Not only did we receive a reasonable price for the amount and level of work to be accomplished, we also received some building engineering advice to improve the performance new units as well as reducing overall costs. This advice has proven to be a real cost saving in our monthly operations.

Bottom Line: Professional, caring, and courteous in every way, fair price with outstanding service. A&A Appliance is more than welcome in our church or in my home to handle all of our heating and air issues.
