I called her yesterday to let her know we did not have hot water, and she immediately walked me through the proper steps to make sure we had everything we needed. She even followed up throughout her day and reached out again the next day to make sure our hot water was restored. Kari is truly amazing at what she does. Wow, what a wonderful experience that started with the horrific discovery of my busted hot water heater this morning. Michelle answered my husbands call, and stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. Jason came out the same day and replaced our unit… awesome team from start to finish!!

Jason Hall and Jon came out to the house to install a gas line for my grill at the end of August. I had some specific requests of what I was looking for and needed in order to use it most efficiently. They were prompt on arrival, service was fast and clean, and gas grill was going in no time while exceeding my expectations. While they were out, I asked them about three other small jobs that I had planned to do at some point. He gave me a very reasonable quote and asked him if he’d take care of it right then. They were on it and in no time all my gas and plumbing needs were taken care of. GasPro will be “the” only gas plumbing company I will call again. Excellent service from an excellent team.

I have used GasPro Alabama twice. First time was to correct/repair what someone else did. Second time was to relocate a gas line for outside grill. Jason is the only guy we will go to for any gas service needs. The service, response time, and quality are unbeatable.

Jason was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced guy in town. He came out MULTIPLE times (due to my own stubbornness) and helped each time (one time, not accepting payment)

Even after three trips, he still gave me an awesome deal on installing a new water heater. Will only call him from now on.

My water heater was old and time to be changed out. I called Gaspro in the morning and they said they could get to me after lunch. When Jason arrived he was courteous and informed me that they were going to get started and kept me informed throughout the replacement process. Within a couple of hours they were done with the replacement and had the area cleaned up. I will be using Gaspro as my first choice for all my repairs.
