If I was able to give a zero I would! I reached out to this company because like most people I read the Google reviews and decided to give this company a call. A tree fell on my house here in Pelham during the Sunday May 18th storms. I called this company on Monday morning they came out and he initially was telling me how difficult it was going to be to get off the house because of the size and the way my backyard Slants and provided a somewhat high amount of $8,000 but the way he explained where he couldn't and could do I was like okay let me just run it by the insurance company and we'll be good to go. Ran the quote by my insurance company and I'm less than 10 minutes later I told him all I needed was the invoice and they can get started. He stated that he would send the invoice over which was Monday at the time of this post I still have not heard from them. I can tell he was kind of dry when I spoke with him over the phone but I didn't at that moment think much of it but now seeing that I basically was ghosted. I am shocked because the insurance agreed to the amount all I needed was the invoice. Maybe all of those great experiences people had was due to being a different color that's literally the only thing that I can think of. I thought for a business the only thing that matters is the color of green but you just never know. Not only did he cost me basically two days I did reach out to another company Champion Tree Service they were fantastic everything that he stated he couldn't do as far as getting a crane out here and a bobcat they were able to do it he made it seem like it was going to take multiple days to get the tree off my home they were able to get the tree cut it and remove it in 2 hours and they were over $2,000 cheaper! Normally I don't leave reviews and especially not to this length but I just wanted to share my experiences so hopefully someone else don't have to experience trying to get a tree off their home and not hearing back from the company. I would not and I repeat I would not suggest anyone to use this company especially the way they made me feel if you are a person color.

Log and leaf limbed up and took down 4 trees of mine. They courteous, accommodating and neat. I would recommend that you give them a call for your tree service needs.

Jeremy and his team were great to work with and did a great job! Very knowledgeable and professional. I got estimates from at least 5 other competitors. Reasonably priced. Very glad I went with Log and Leaf and will continue to use and highly recommend them.

Jeremy and his crew did an excellent job. Jeremy was out within a day of calling him for an estimate and started the job within few days after. Very quick to respond and get things going. I had a fairly large job that we anticipated would take all week. They finished everything in 3 days. Crew was professional and punctual. There was a lot of tight work around structures and fencing and they took care not to damage anything. Highly recommend.

During a wind storm a huge pine tree fell on my house. We were lucky that the damage wasn’t worse but it brought to our attention that we had many more tall pine trees close to our new home that had the potential of falling and striking our house. My wife searched the web and found Logs and Leaves Tree Service with a near perfect rating of 5. I called and talked to Jeremy, the owner, and he came out to review 11 pine trees that I thought should be cut down. He offered me his opinion and gave me reasons why only 9 trees needed to be taken down. I like him, his honesty, and his approach in taking these trees down. None of these trees could have been removed by a bucket truck and were going to have to been taken down in sections by someone climbing each of these trees that were at least 100 feet tall or higher. That was his tree crew’s special skills and he promised minimal damage to my yard. He gave me a reasonable price to take these 9 trees down and haul off all the debris. We shook hands on the removal deal and he started the job on the day he said he would start. I cancelled getting a bid from another tree company. Two days before he started his work, my wife who already had fallen and broken her heel fell again and this time broke her arm and shoulder rotor cup and had to be hospitalized. Without me being on-site, Jeremy and his tree crew began the work. On the beginning of the 3rd day of his crew’s work I managed to leave my wife at the hospital and go see the work going on at the house. I was very pleased that my yard was not damaged at that point so I did something I had never done before, I went ahead and paid Jeremy in full even though he still had 2 full days of work to do. I trusted his word that he would continue the removal of these trees as agree upon with the same care as I witnessed that day. It was 7 days later before I was able to get back home to see the completed removal of trees. I was very pleased and give him a 5-star rating. I will definitely use his tree service again.

I've been contemplating between writing a long review or just put: STOP looking for other companies and hire these guys immediately! I'll stick with the latter. Jeremy is a great guy and so are the guys in his team. They're professional, always on time and give you a fair price. That basically ticks all the boxes and therefore I refer back to my first sentence.

The guys were very courteous. The made quick work of the job. I would recommend them for any tree work. They put down wood over the yard to minimize damage. Not much would have helped when my yard was water logged.
Prices were reasonable.

I had a double oak tree about 5 or 6 stories tall. The log and leaf tree service team were outstanding, professional and WELL experienced. Unfortunately, the tree was very close to the house and obviously hanging over it as well. They managed to take down that incredibly huge tree without any damage and their cleanup after the job was exceptional. The staff was extremely accommodating and patient to answer all my questions during the extraction. I would highly recommend them them. It should be noted that I very rarely highly recommend any company but this is a company worthy of my praise.

Absolutely excellent work and quick to do the project. AMAZING work - they had to carry the trees piece by piece out of my small backyard. Trees so close to the fence and no damage during the removal process. I highly recommend the Leaf and Log team!!!

I highly recommend this company! They came out and gave me an estimate and not even a week later they came back to complete the job. They cut and removed 13 trees and the debris from a shed fire all in 1 day and gave us a great price!
