Recently I had a mini split added to my office. They also reran my ductwork and added zone thermostats to all 3 levels to my split level. Now my one unit heats and cools my entire house effectively. I called late in the day with a big air conditioning problem. They were able to come out right away and find the problem within minutes. It was a several hour repair. They came out early the next morning and got it done plus addressed some additional issues that they found. Very friendly and kept me informed about their progress as they worked.

Outstanding customer service, very professional, prompt and courteous. He showed up earlier than expected. He showed me step by step what was the problem and how to prevent it for happening again.

When it came to repairing my air conditioner and heater, I went through the entire maintenance crew at my apartment complex, but within five minutes, Mr. Jason repaired my heat and air in my apartment. Mr. Jason is very friendly and get straight to the problem. I highly recommend his service.
