I needed a plumber to come see about a job for my basement renovation and these guys were punctual, efficient and professional. Answered my call right away and then showed up when they said they would. This has not been my experience with other plumbers. The quote came back later that day. Very impressed!

Thank you Brown Service for excellent service in fixing my ac. I called the dispatch today, Sunday, they had a service tech call me back 10 mins later. He said he would be here in an hour and he pulled in my driveway 40 minutes later. Makhel was professional and had my ac working in 20 minutes. I appreciate the fast service. This was my first time using Brown Service but won’t be my last.
Update: my system stopped working again the next day and after Makhel came out and saw it was the fan motor on a 20+yr old system I decided it was time for a new one. Brandon came out and saw what I had and explained my options. Brandon was very nice, professional and understanding. No pressure to buy any specific model. He was very knowledgeable and worked to understand what I needed. Thank you!
7-14-2025 Jason arrived right on time with my new ac unit. He removed the old system and worked tirelessly to install the new unit while in the July heat. He was very knowledgeable about the product and explained how to use the new WiFi thermostat. Both Jason and his helper were polite and helpful in my understanding the new system. Brown has been great to work with.
