We have been in our new home in Midtowne on The Park since December, 2020 and love it. The attention to detail and the standard upgrades that Wren has added like 10 foot ceilings, Cafe appliances and tiled master shower to name a few make our home custom quality. The expertise and commitment from Wren Homes to build a quality house, with quality materials and subs committed to the same standards makes our house a perfect home. Any issues that came up during construction-for example the wrong house color-were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. I trust Wren Homes to build a quality house and stand behind their commitment to our community.

Wren Homes is currently building homes in MidTowne on the Park (which is a lovely community), but the homeowners unfortunately do not control the HOA yet. Wren Homes is partly owned by Enfinger Development (the “En” of “WrEn), and the Enfingers control a key decision in the neighborhood – whether homeowners can care for their lawns themselves or whether the HOA will make all homeowners pay a required fee for a (poor quality) community-wide lawn care vendor. The question was put to a vote, and the majority of homeowners voted to discontinue community-wide lawn care, but the Declarant (Enfinger) manipulated the voting requirements so that the majority will of homeowners is going to be ignored. Thus, anyone considering moving into MidTowne on the Park should try to speak with owners in the neighborhood to learn more about this situation. Driving through you will see how horrible the lawns look. I have attached pictures of my back yard as well. This is what I pay $370/qtr for. Additionally we pay $840/year in HOA dues, which the HOA is trying to increase again in 2024.

We recently purchased a home in McMullen Cove. We worked with Wendy Dilbeck to find the perfect home for our needs. Wendy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept us up to date on the progress from start to finish and was always available when we had a question or a request. On or blue tape walk through we had the pleasure to meet Grant Judah. Grant is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and a go getter with a great attitude. Hard working and dedicated to making his customers happy. I have the utmost confidence in him. I can’t say enough about Wendy or Grant. I promise they will treat you right and you will be more than satisfied with your home if you are lucky enough to work with them. Thank you both for making our home purchase and pleasant one.

I cannot speak highly enough of Wren Homes ! We had the most pleasurable building experience that a home buyer could have Caleb, Grant, and Wendy provided such excellent customer service. The finished product of our home was top-notch. We can’t wait to spend years making memories in our home that Wren built !!!
