I am extremely pleased with Todd's inspection of a home I purchased. He explained everything clearly and offered to answer any additional questions, which I had. The report system he used is by far the best one I've seen, including a tool that allows the buyer to quickly generate a list of requested repairs. I believe the value of the inspection was exceptional given how thorough and clear everything was presented. It is obvious that Todd lives and breathes this stuff when you discuss any of it with him. This was the first time I used Todd but I would certainly use him in the future if the need arises.

The inspection performed by Todd at Integra on our newly constructed home was simply outstanding. We needed a thorough, objective inspection that would identify possible defective conditions, provide adequate documentation, and would release the findings in a timely manner. Todd’s well-established systematic approach, along with his excellent work ethic, clearly delivered the inspection info that we needed. Todd’s final report format was well organized and was designed to make it easy for the recipient to quickly understand the primary findings without having to sort back and forth through all the pages. The report immediately listed the primary findings in an easy-to-read, line-by-line summary that would serve as a convenient time-saving checklist for contractors who provide the corrective action. The summary was followed up with photo documentation along with additional detailed information for each item, which were listed in numerical order and categorized by level of importance.

The bottom line: I highly recommend Todd for home inspection. He is practical, efficient, focused, very knowledgeable, and he provided excellent post-inspection feedback discussion to answer all of my questions.

Todd did an excellent job with our inspection for our new house. He is very detail oriented and thorough. The inspection was very user friendly to read and he spent the time with us to go over everything he found and answer any questions or concerns we had.
