MaidPro (Huntsville, AL) cleaned my house yesterday, and I'm extremely happy with the service. Michaela cleaned here alone (usually two women share the job), and she did a fabulous job! She didn't miss anything! I highly recommend Michaela and MaidPro.

I selected MaidPro because of a 5 star rating. I informed the intake lady that I wanted a deep cleaning for my whole house. One lady was sent to deep clean a 2700 Sq ft house. She spent approximately 3 hours in my house and the house was not deep clean. The cleaning was poor. I expressed my dissatisfaction to MaidPro. An inspector was sent out the next day and she questioned things i pointed out and didn't see where there was such a big issue. She said she would send someone out the next day to clean areas the first lady missed. I declined any additional service from MaidPro. I was only reimbursed $75.00 of a $275.00 fee.

Tracy and Robyn arrived on time, took a quick tour of the house and then got busy cleaning. They were super friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job! I am very pleased and would definitely recommend!
