We can’t thank Bio Clean enough for all their help! They were very kind and professional and compassionate in dealing with our situation. During an extremely sad and stressful time, they provided guidance and were very thorough. We cannot say enough good things about this company. Stuart and Blaine communicated effectively and got the house cleaned in about half the time originally expected. We would recommend them to anyone in desperate need of a sudden death or hoarding situation.

They actually snaked my downspouts. No one has done that before. I have hope that this will be the first time someone has cleaned my gutters well in the 9 years of owning my house. They guarantee that the gutters won't be clogged and I will not hesitate to use that.

I hope I found a good company I can stick with!

UPDATE: Turns out they disconnected the automatic watering system to my vegetable patch and neglected to tell me. Goodbye pumpkin patch that was supposed to be getting watered every 6 hours.

I was obviously, upset that the patch I raised from seed was decimated. The owner called me back within an hour of my email and wanted to make it right. Nothing will bring back my pumpkin patch, but I appreciate good customer service and that they care about their customers and not just the money. It was a new hire that was with them less than a week who disconnected the spigot.

Also, they snaked my downspouts.

They appear to be genuinely good people and they guarantee their work. Never see that anymore these days. We will use them again.

I would call Window Gang for anything! They took care of my dryer vent issues, and have been taking a care of my company's windows for years and they were my first call for my homes needs! They are professional, efficient and provide great value. Roxanne and the team will take great care of you.

Jason and William did a wonderful job cleaning the exterior of my condo. I can definitely say they both worked hard and were very professional in their work demeanor. My parents had the Window Gang come and do the annual cleaning of all their windows & screens yesterday. I have to say my mother is German and when it comes to cleaning she doesn’t miss a thing. The men were very professional and courteous. This is the first time we used this service and I would recommend them highly. The windows look great,exterior of gutters have not been this clean since they were installed. I was surprised to see how much gunk came out of the dryer vent. A few windows had streaks after they dried and when I mentioned this to the service man, he went back and cleaned them to my satisfaction. Great job! We will use them again and tell our friends and neighbors about our wonderful experience.

This is the second time we’ve used Window Gang. The technician pressure cleaned our entire outside house siding, gutters and windows, as well as all our 17 interior windows. He arrived on time and was finished in 5 hours. It was a big job. We found him friendly, extremely professional and skilled and are beyond pleased with his results. The windows had zero streaks and sparkle. All dirt, dust and algae is completely gone from the siding and gutters. The job done by Window Gang is exceptional and we will use them exclusively in the future.

Window Gang came out today to clean my windows, inside and out, along with power washing the driveway and sidewalks. They did an absolutely wonderful job with all of it.
