Very professional and very much on time!!! It took several weeks for their first available appointment, but after it was scheduled….everything was great! They showed up at the time and date as promised!

After weeks of waiting for an estimate and countless phone calls, we finally received a call back to let us know that they wasn't interested in taking the job because it was only a install of the fire box and they didn't get to build the chimney. What a waist of time! 3 weeks waisted when I could've been on someone else's schedule! They came to bid the job during the removal of the old chimney, so it isn't like there was any misleading information. Fire box was on site and old brick being torn down at time of estimate.

I had extensive deterioration of mortar work on three chimneys and A-1 Chimney restored the exterior and installed new and improved chimney caps. As good as this was I have in addition high regards of the chimney specialists, they were pleasant, knowledgeable and caring.
