Vandy's Heating & Air Conditioning LLC

On a recent Sunday evening, we got an alert from our thermostat that our upstairs unit had run for 5 hours and the temperature raised 5 degrees. I was convinced that our unit was dead and petrified that it would need to be replaced. I put a few calls out and Vandy’s was the first place with good reviews that was able to come out on Monday.
The communication was great, and the tech arrived right when they said they would. Within 5 minutes he determined that it was the capacitor and replaced it immediately with the part he had on his truck. Our unit was cooling again that day, thank goodness.
The next day, I called to set our home up on their twice yearly service plan so we could make sure (as well as we can…) that our units are running well for the seasons and to hopefully help us get a few more years out of our systems.
This week, Teddy came by to service our home and he was great. He checked our inside and outside units, cleaned up the outside a little and said he’d see us in six months.
I’ve been very satisfied with Vandy’s so far! They came out quickly, are efficient with their (and my) time and are all super nice.

Our air conditioner went out on 7/3 and they came out the morning of JULY 4TH to assess the situation (on a holiday!). It was obvious that we needed a new unit, and they came back out the following Monday, installed it, and we were back to normal in no time. Their communication was incredible, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Vandy's.

Called Vandy’s at 7:30. James Dellinger arrived at my house within an hour and had our unit up and running before 10:00. Very quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company for future HVAC issues. Thank you for being so courteous!
