My experience with Muscled Up Movers was fantastic. They worked quickly and did an amazing job taking care of my items they were moving. I had the pleasure of working with Nick and one other man which I have completely forgotten his name and I’m so sorry! But they were great. They made sure I understood how everything was going to work and explained everything to me in detail. I would definitely use them on my next move. Thank you so much for making this process easy and less stressful for me!

Travis and Wendell were quick, efficient and very professional. And the booking was last minute and they came the same day.

Travis and his team pictured here did a great job with moving all of our appliances and furniture! The team was very polite and professional. They worked hard and got the job done with barely even a break except for a quick lunch. They did a really great job carefully wrapping the furniture and taking care to do their best not to hit walls or the floor. They had to move some very heavy pieces and most everything went upstairs, so I know they were tired by the end of it, but they were still smiling through it all. I would recommend them for an easy, stress free move!

Great experience with these movers. They were professional and always asked questions if they were not sure about something. They kept their cool handling a move from the third floor in July heat. Nothing broken either after unpacking! Support this local business!
Price wise it wasn't too bad either, around $1500 for 5 and a half hours with 4 personnel.

Do yourself a favor and do not hire this company. They do not take accountability for their carelessness of their employee's. I filed a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau, and the refuse to reimburse us for two T.V.'s that were damaged at the hands of their employee's. When I had an employee, themselves tell me what they saw when they unloaded the T.V.'s from the moving truck, and that would certainly not be the way that they would have loaded onto the truck, what does that say? As much as what we were charged for their services, the least they could do is reimburse us. As much as the company raves about the service, and superior years of experience on their website, I don't see it. Also, found on the Better Buisness Bureau's website after the fact, that they have several complaints. Photos attached are the T.V.'s that were damaged.

Absolutely the best moving crew on this planet. The crew arrived 15 minutes early, did a walk through, got started at 9am, job completely done by 1:55 pm.

I highly recommend Muscled Up Movers. We did a 2 Stage Move while our home was on the market. We had a lot of furniture and stuff. Aaquil in scheduling was very friendly, informative and was patient with me as we worked about details for the 2 moves.
Travis Jones the lead mover for both moves kept me informed on everything aspect of the move and made sure that my items were handled properly and I understood the diff levels of service available. He, Maurice and Jonathan worked hard and fast wrapping and loading and unloaded for two days. They patiently worked with me as we rearranged items to make sure everything fit in the rooms and was in the proper room. They worked great as a Team. Price was great for the service they provided. I would definitely use again.

I had the movers help me move out a bunch of old furniture and mattresses and things that needed to go to the dump and the guys were polite and efficient and friendly and I could not say enough about how great they were. I would definitely use them over and over

The movers themselves, Jamie and Kendrick, were wonderfully efficient and accommodating. They get five stars each. Unfortunately, due to an accident earlier in the day, they were about three hours late. But I wasn't informed and knew nothing. My office planning person even called me to ask how the move was going long after they should have been there and still hadn't arrived!

WARNING! We used muscled up movers three times for local moves over several years and we’re very happy. Based on our satisfaction, we used them again when we were moving out of state. To save money, we decided to have them load a U-Haul, as we were only moving 3 1/2 hours away. We had movers on the other side unpacking the U-Haul. There was generally a lot of difficulty with the move, most of which we could put aside, as it’s a tough business, and it’s hard to find good people. However, when we got to our new home and opened the truck we found what you see in the attached pictures. Things weren’t tied down or wrapped, even though we had dozens of moving blankets that we provided to them. Furniture was scratched, and a few things were broken. We understand that things happen, and we thought that muscled up would come through for us. We filed a claim, as we were told to do. We went back-and-forth with them, often, waiting 2 to 3 weeks to hear from them. They asked us to send pictures. They asked us to send vendors from where we bought the furniture along with receipts, which we did. We waited. in the end, they said it wasn’t their responsibility because we transported the items on our own, which was never explained to us. They said it wasn’t their fault but they would give us some thing like $130. We didn’t take it. So disgusted. We are the kind of people who rather write a good review, but this was truly one of the worst moving experiences, and, quite honestly, one of the worst customer experiences of any kind that we’ve ever had. Please ask all the questions you need to ask if you are moving out of state and not using their vehicle. We wish we had.

I have nothing but great things to say about the movers I was assigned today. Monterro, Chris, and William worked quickly and efficiently to get my move done. They were very polite and helpful throughout the whole process.

Muscled Up Movers did a great job on our move! Antwan, Raymond, Aldo, Boyd, and Quincy were careful and efficient with all of our things and made our move from a third floor apartment so much easier. They work quickly and were friendly to with. I would definitely work with them again

The team assigned to me (Monterro, Nepo, and Hinton ) were absolutely phenominal. Despite the cold we unloaded 26ft truck and consolidated a 10x15 into a 20x22 in just under 3 hrs.

Special Note we had family heirloom upright piano and grand family table, and they didn't bat an eye. Extremely gentle made sure nothing happened to either.

These guys were respectful, kept it clean and professional, and knew their stuff.

Maybe most who use their services don't assist, but I did and felt like one of the team. We had great synergy and were able to do more than I originally planned.

Monterro is an excellent Team Lead and he knew what I wanted without me prompting or anything, which made the entire operation smooth as silk.
Nepo and Hinton were in beast mode all day. I can't sing praises about this group of men enough.

Will definitely be working with Muscled Up Movers Again and I WANT this exact crew. Damn Good Job and a Sh!t Hot Team.

"The Dream Team" came. It was my 3rd time using Muscled Up Mover, and they did another great job. Took care of my stuff and never stopped moving. I hope I don't move for a while, but they will be my first call if we do.

Zeke was phenomenal in helping set up my moving process, called the day before to verify everything, and called after to make sure everything went smoothly.
The team of movers, Jordan, Jaelyn, and Shawn were fantastic and worked quickly and respectfully. Jordan made sure I selected the right protection package before starting and understanding the bill at the end.

Bought some furniture at an estate sale that I hired them to pick up and move to storage. Very professional. Did an amazing job. Once my house is finished building I will defiently be hiring again to move the stuff from storage into the new house.

I used Muscled Up Movers earlier in the summer for a local move. My belongings were relocated safely, however the issue I had was involving the quote and the disparity with the final bill. From the beginning, I was uneasy about the 6-person quote that I was given, but the sales representative stated that my move time would essentially be cut in half which was encouraging. While confirming my move a few days beforehand, I asked the agent that I was speaking to (a different person), if the quote sounded right for my situation – he confirmed, stating that the group could break into teams to get the job done. When move day came around, the team arrived on time, however, my move time ended up being double. The issue I encountered with the 6-person move was that three people were maintaining a steady pace the entire time as expected, and the other three were not (I won’t go into the details on this post). Additionally, there were several items that were left behind that I ended up having to move myself. I attempted contacting the office a few times after the move, including the same day, because I wanted to share my experience one-on-one. Unfortunately, I did not receive a reply.

Again, my items were moved safely, but the 6-person team did not deliver the efficiencies that were promoted. I do commend the three team-members who were dedicated the entire time, but I felt that the other members let them down also.
