Great place to do business! Frank the sales guy goes above and beyond for everyone. They were closed and i needed some parts you can't buy at your local hardware store so I made a call to Frank and 20 minutes later we were meeting at the store for the material needed. This isn't the first time Frank has saved the day. All the guys at Southern Pipe in Huntsville are great people. I appreciate you Frank and im sure the 98 room hotel that we got up and going does to.

It speaks volumes when their own bathroom is disgusting. If your brands are at Parks Supply, you'd be better off going there for some knowledgeable and attentive customer service.

I have recently visited this business several times when we gutted our kitchen and half bathroom. The staff was very helpful and attentive. I am beyond pleased with the advice they offered and the selections I made. During my visits, I was shown ideas from their restroom which was beautifully designed. Along with all of my purchases from Bath and Kitchen IDEA Center, I actually chose a wallpaper very similar to the one in their beautiful restroom. I would like to add that despite a review above, I found their restrooms to be very clean during all of my visits. I will be going back when we begin another remodel on a bathroom upstairs
