Brandon was friendly, wonderful and explained everything clearly. He performed the repair with precision. I’ll recommend Scotts and especially Brandon to anyone.

The Technician was very knowledgeable. He was polite & did a great job. Explained everything as he did the job. U would definitely use them again. I had a water pressure valve replaced.

I waited until I had another plumbing company come in to look at my shower before writing this review.
Here is why I am giving 1 star:
1. The plumber showed up and did nothing to protect the floors from getting dirty. I had to put down plastic sheeting myself to keep my carpet from getting soiled after I noticed that no care was taken while going to and from the bathroom and crawlspace. Even still I spent hours cleaning up what was already done.
2. The plumber cut into the wall in order to try to replace the pipe. While I was at home the entire time, I would have preferred some type of explanation. When he finally showed me, I was just reminded of the liability waiver I had to sign that allowed them to do what they deemed necessary to fix.
3. The plumber knew that the walls were too thick for normal faucet fixtures, and neglected to install them with extensions to accommodate. I tried to assist in getting them set correctly, but in the end they were set so poorly that it takes an immense amount of effort to shut off the water.
4. The pipe was left with a leak behind the wall. The plumber did a very brief inspection before leaving, and the next plumber that came to fix this noticed it quickly.
5. I was charged for parts not used.
6. The pipe at the shower head was reinstalled incorrectly to the extent that another contractor had to fix. It was oriented to where to cover couldn’t be set over the hole.
7. The plumber became rude after I wouldn’t sign a form at the end that said I was satisfied with the work. He instead told me that I was paying less than what the job was actually worth after he spent more time on it than expected.
8. The plumber left behind a mess in the bath, behind the wall in the closet, and left the crawlspace cover out in the yard. The wall cover wasn’t screwed back in. The shower surface and tile floor were left with mud stains.
