These guys are great! They came out and gave us a reasonable quote very quickly! In total we had 7 trees removed in both our front and backyards. Several of the trees were near our house and they were very careful and professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Called them after a storm due to multiple leaning trees, had an on-site estimate within an hour and the most emergent tree was taken care of immediately! Communication was fantastic, no over-selling or hidden upcharges. Within hours of my first panicked call, all of the falling trees had been removed completely! All of the employees were professional and respectful. Absolutely will be using them again in the future.

I worked directly with the owner Marcus and it couldn't have went any better. Very professional and did everything that was asked. I was quoted on site late in the day and the job was completed the next day. I highly recommend him for ANY tree removal services. I definitely will be using him again in the future.

We called for a quote on getting a tree cut down. Someone was supposed to be out yesterday. Nobody showed up. We called and no answer. These folks put a flyer in our mailbox. Apparently they are not looking for any business. Don't waste your time. I would give zero stars if I could.

After waiting for a week for ACE to show up and trim my trees, I was mortified to find them next door trimming my neighbor's trees when he had just called them the day before. Not only that but they made me sign a proposal when my neighbor did his agreement with a handshake! But wait! That's not the end of the story! They left the debris from the neighbor's trimming stacked up in a huge pile on the sidewalk for an entire week. After numerous calls to the local people here in Huntsville, he was informed that the person that sold him the service had left the company. He had to call the corporate people and threaten to call the local fire department before they would pick it up! Needless to say, I canceled.
My response: There was no way that you could have done my trees that day as it was early evening when you finished my neighbor's yard. You did the work on Wednesday, May 13th and the debris wasn't cleared until Wednesday, May the 22nd, that's eight days, not 48 hours. I dodged a bullet as the debris would have set outside my house for eight days as well.

Ace Tree Service came to my home recently to apply a growth regulator to my Arbovitaes. I have 25 of them in a medium size yard. The representative (Mara) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She ensured that each shrub received the correct amount of solution. She also provided me with additional helpful suggestions. I will be a repeat customer in the future!

Strickland's employees clean up is exceptional! They not only cut trees down that uprooted & fill the length of my backyard, they also removed a damaged swing set and a damaged tent and repaired my fence where a tree fell across the back of a fenced in area.
The price was very reasonable & extras they did, other companies would not have done. I would highly recommend them to anybody!

Ace Removed a leaning tree. They did excellent work and great clean up.

I agreed to an estimated proposal for a tree removal. After three weeks, I contacted them again. Three appointments for the tree removal was made but they never showed up. I lost three days of work waiting on them. I am very dissatisfied with them and will never recommend them to anyone. A very disgruntled and disappointed paying gcustomer. Never again
