APS has been my Termite & pest control service, since 2017. Their technicians are always very thorough, and prompt. The pesky critters avoid my property like the plague.

Absolute is great. We just moved here to Montgomery from out of state and checked many reviews for pest control and each time this company came out on top. Teresa was very impressive with her knowledge and expertise on exactly what was needed for my home. Look no further than this place for all your needs, you won’t be disappointed.

Mary Martin was amazing. She came for a follow up visit that she wasn’t even responsible for because the original guy who was supposed to do it quit. She had the best attitude and was very thorough and very nice. I kept her there all evening trying to explain and show her everything. She never rushed me and listen intently the whole time. She was also very knowledgeable, much more so than the guy who did the estimate and the other bug guy. Mary is pretty much a rock star.

Working with Alabama professional services was great because our technician Walt always did an amazing job and was very easy to work with on scheduling etc. He was always available in emergency scenarios, ants in the kitchen etc, and we will miss working with Walt and APS since we've moved to Oregon, thanks Walt!

Paul was great and on time which goes a long way. He listened to my concerns and was very professional. Thank you.

Cande and Herminio were the guys that came out and did the work. They did an Outstanding Job sealing the cracks in my driveway. They were very Professional, Respectful, and knowledgeable. Also, the APS Representative explained to me in detail how the work would be done. They are a very understanding and caring Company.

Please note this score is for Lawn Services not pest control. They are 5 stars for termite and pests. However, the lawn weed control service lags far behind. I was billed separately for my natural areas. This year my lawn is overrun with weeds and wild grass is choking out the sod. I was refused weed control for the natural area and told I would need to pay more than what I had contracted, despite paying upfront for a full year. I am very disappointed since the other services are so comprehensive.

They are the best! Always reminding you each year that it's time for a check-up, always have a good customer spirit. So if anyone needs these guys….. They are the ones! Thanks

Consumers deserve to know APS does not respect property boundaries or consent before performing services.

I've been using APS for almost five years. This year technician Nick Nichols came to my home without an appointment or prior notice. He immediately began removing my crawlspace cover before the door was even answered, an act of trespassing.

When my roommate answered and identified herself as not the homeowner, he asked if he should “just go ahead” with the inspection since he had already made the drive without disclosing the cost or confirming with me directly, as though he was relying on the chance that she might agree without realizing the financial and contractual implications.

What also concerns me is that he misrepresented the situation claiming he had contacted me notifying me of his visit. This is deceptive and predatory behavior designed to secure sales on commission rather than serve the customer with professionalism and transparency. I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, and the Department of Agriculture and Industries licensing authority.
