Arctic Air has been helping me keep my units working optimally for 4 years. This last service they had to replace some major components on my 11 yo unit. Parts were delayed, but they stayed until after 6pm on the day before Thanksgiving to make sure I was set up with heat. We are truly thankful for Arctic Air.

They came on time. Explained everything they were doing , gave us an estimate before doing the work. Very professional and courteous. They even clean up their mess before they left. I will definitely use them again when I need heating and air service .

Cody and Zeke took very little time finding out why my heat pump quit working and repaired the problem in a very short time and the amount they charged me was reasonable. I'll definitely call them if I have any more problems with my heat pump again.

Outstanding overall experience! Once making the appointment I received confirmation via text. I received reminders prior to the appointment and notifications that the technician was on the way. The technician (Cody) was on time and was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. During the maintenance inspection an issue was discovered with my unit. The technician was able to repair it with very minimal cost, avoiding a costly repair or possibly creating a fire hazard down the road. I’m extremely pleased and would recommend Arctic Air & Heat to friends, family, colleagues and neighbors!

I was in the middle of a renovation when my H&A provider didn’t show for his portion of the work. I called Arctic, and they saved me. They had a technician here within a couple hours. Quality work and affordable prices. I definitely recommend 💯

The install team did a great job. They arrived on time, were organized, courteous, and completed the work efficiently. The final result looks great and I’m pleased with the quality of the installation.

Where the experience fell short was communication and follow-through from management. Scheduling updates were unclear, and I received very little notice before the installers arrived. After the project was completed, there was no follow-up to review the work or address questions—only an invoice and request for feedback.

Artic Air literally saved my family from freezing during one of the coldest winter storms set to come! We are truly grateful for Artic Air, they care and they will do their best to get you what you need! The installation team was on time and great (Cody) and they even cleaned up afterwards! Very professional team and educated me on everything that was being done!

Artic Air responded to our needs without hesitation. Communication was beyond expectation. Pricing for service was reasonable for the immediate situation due to weather. The kind of service and customer care you don’t get with other companies. We are very thankful they were able to respond so quickly.
