Had been trying to get warranty repair from another service for a month. George"s sent someone the next day and quickly had it fixed.

This place is so unprofessional!! Can’t give you a time when they are coming so they say morning. Well morning comes and goes and afternoon I call.... same story oh someone will be there! Total lie! Don’t answer phones don’t show up don’t make appointments for scheduling. Going on for days now! This is the worst place to do business with! Don’t do it!

The man that came out was very nice very polite our refrigerator was under warranty and he fixed it right away put the pardon I’ve done business with them before never had a problem keep up the good work

I had to cancel because I ended up giving the dryer away, but they were very professional and super responsive. Recommend.

Needed a refrigerator so found this place on line. When my daughter and I walked in the man was on the phone didn’t give us a hand sign or anything, got up and walked out of the room to the back room. If I could have given no stars I would have. Very, very rude and apparently didn’t need my money. I did look however for a second, priced are SKY HIGH! DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!

whirlpool says they are the only certified repair tech close. But they have been out to my house 12+ times over 2 years and not one thing has actually been fixed. Parts have been replaced but within a few days there is a new issue. Its been 4 different appliances. The fridge I have now just needed the ice maker fixed cause it wasn't working the day I got it. Now the fridge won't even cool enough to keep food in it. I just want the things either fixed or for whirlpool to be told they can't be so they will replace it before another warranty runs out and im out alot of money.

Had to call 2 days in a row.. never showed up after being told they would be here on Thursday. Took off work. Called that evening at 3:30 when no one had came yet or called. No answer. Left a message. It’s 10:45pm and still haven’t gotten a call back.. all I would have needed is a phone call to tell me they were busy and needed to reschedule.. I do not recommend them. Their time is no better than mine.

They are usually busy, not having many appliance repairmen in the area, so expect a wait. Found my Problem and made temporary repairs within an hour of arriving. Teflon door spacer/riser that keeps door seated in place against the gasket for refrigerator had deteriorated/broken where it looked closed but lost seal and allowed unit to ICE UP. Parts ordered. Very happy with Visit and Repair Cost!!!!

What can I say, although it may have been a headache to get my appliance fixed , not by fault of George’s, but Josh has went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved and work with Whirlpool warranty to get my range fixed. I will update as the repair gets finished. I may not have seen eye to eye with these guys at first but they have shown me they are here to make the repair and address my concern.

After 3rd reschedule, after taking time off of work, I had to call them to find out they've rescheduled me yet again. I asked the reason, and they said that it may have been a personal problem with one of the techs. No notice, no call, no nothing. No attempt to call prior to today, and they tried to reschedule for a fourth time. The most unprofessional business I've dealt with.
Update: rec'd phone call with apologies for lack of communication and delay.
Offered to come out and service appliance, showed up on time made repair within an hour. Happy with repair and cost.

So thankful! Josh fixed our dishwasher when it wasn’t drying at all! Now I can do the dishes without stressing that there’s puddles of water on top!
