I have used Tri County air for 25 years. I always had a great experience. Also, I had my house evaluated for my duct work system (they installed). I was told they never experienced a house that was so tight and secure. I was proud to know that.

My air conditioning quit cooling on a Saturday morning. Tri-County (Kathy) answered the 24/7 phone immediately. She sent out Tim within an HOUR!! Tim was absolutely a miracle worker. He fixed what my previous "UNRELIABLE" company installed incorrectly just a week before that. I have now switched my loyalty to TRI-COUNTY, and will use them for all my A/C needs. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!!

Excellent service!! We'd purchased a new ac unit after we moved here in 2020 (so probably got it in 2022?) They installed the outside unit and had to make some modifications in the area of the inside unit. Awesome!

Then yesterday afternoon (July 6, 2025) the ac went out. Thank God we still had electricity!

Our technician came out 1st thing this morning - shortly after 7! He walked in and said, "Oh wow... it's warm in here!" It was 89°! My husband was at the chiropractor. I was sitting outside with the dog and coffee and he figured they hadn't been by yet. Nope! I was just waiting for it to cool down. When we went in (like before 8) - it was already down to 80°!

Dwight, our tech, was very professional and friendly. It was just a capacitor -yay!!

Integrity air is the best of the best. When we needed them they were here in no time. They did what was necessary to get us an air-conditioner overnight and installed the next day.
