I called Tri county to come out and check my air ducts to make sure there weren’t any holes and to even shop vac out any list stuff from it. They came out same day and crawled under the house and checked everything. Afterwards they told me what’s going on and getting an estimate for me for rewrapping my ducts. Very nice people and the guy that came with it really took his time explaining everything to me. The only place that didn’t tell me I was too far or charge an arm and a leg for looking over everything. Plan to use them again when we add on to our house next year for a mini split they suggested.

I HIGHLY recommend Tri-County Air Systems. I thought it would be hard to find someone to come out the day after a holiday weekend and service my malfunctioning HVAC, but they came out just a couple of hours after I initially contacted them (calling me when they were on the way) and completed their diagnosis and repair quickly and professionally. I'm 100% satisfied with their service!

We have used Tri-County for 3 years now, and we do so due to how honest, reliable, cheap, and how nice they are. Greg is the guy we request when we do need a yearly tune up or AC/Heating problem! He is as honest and professional as they come. He feels like part of the family. We cannot thank Tri-County and Greg enough!

I have used Tri County air for 25 years. I always had a great experience. Also, I had my house evaluated for my duct work system (they installed). I was told they never experienced a house that was so tight and secure. I was proud to know that.

Installed a significantly undersize unit and told me the kitchen lights were the reason the AC couldn't keep up. Highly recommend you find someone else!!!!!

My air conditioning quit cooling on a Saturday morning. Tri-County (Kathy) answered the 24/7 phone immediately. She sent out Tim within an HOUR!! Tim was absolutely a miracle worker. He fixed what my previous "UNRELIABLE" company installed incorrectly just a week before that. I have now switched my loyalty to TRI-COUNTY, and will use them for all my A/C needs. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!!
