I was in dire need to replace my failed HVAC unit. After 5 days without heat, in less than 30 degree weather I called Comfort Control. Steve came out same day and gave me a very fair quote. The installation from start to finish was impressive to say the least. The technicians showed up on time, very pleasant and friendly. To be honest, I watched the entire install, these guys are very professional, friendly, courteous, and efficient. They went the extra mile, was actually enjoyable to watch it all. Steven and Matt came out on a follow up, went through the system check with me, all done on the interactive thermostat, again, very impressive. From start to finish, impressive high professional standard in my book. It really sets you mind at ease. My new American Standard 15 seer HVAC is so quiet, keeps the house warm, I love it. I keep telling my wife that over and over, she smiles. And that's a happy experience.

We were without heat during the recent ice storm of January 2024. Luckily we were able to heat our living area with an electric space heater for a few days. We then contacted Comfort Control, and Brian was able to come out quickly to assess the problem. After completing a thorough inspection of our HVAC unit, Brian found the issue right away, and got us back up and running. A few additional parts had to be ordered to complete all the repairs, and he got back to us very quickly to finish up. We highly recommend Brian and Comfort Control for all your HVAC maintenance and repair needs. Not only is Brian very good at his trade, he is also very professional, kind and understanding. He goes above and beyond to find the problem and get it fixed ASAP. Customer service is top notch!! Comfort Control is a very honest and reliable company for all your heating and cooling needs! A friend who owned and retired from his own HVAC business recommended Comfort Control as honest and capable, and I'm so glad he did. The technician was fast, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came out same day, diagnosed the failed blower motor, left to buy a new motor, installed it and performed diagnostic checks on my aging system, all within 6 hours of my call. My 30+ year old heat pump will surely need replacing soon, and Comfort Control will always get my business.

Update!
This is my 2nd review of Comfort Control. They are great! We are definitely repeat customers. Four months ago their crackerjack technician diagnosed and replaced my shot attic air-handler fan motor, within a few hours of my call and at a fair price. Since then, I stoopidly let my return air filter clog, which resulted in my return duct collapsing. This time, Comfort Control sent over a different technician who analyzed the problem, bought the needed duct materials, and repaired (with a stint), again within hours of my call and at a fair price. Excellent! My 25 year old heat pump won't last forever, and you know I'll call Comfort Control. They are fantastic.

No one likes their air conditioner to go out in a 104 degree heat index, but Comfort Control was wonderful to deal with in every way. From the woman who answered the phone so pleasantly to the timeliness of their response, everything went like clockwork. The technician, Forest, was lovely to deal with. He was here within 1/2 hour of our phone call, identified and fixed the problem immediately, and was an extremely nice man. I a,so felt their fee was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
