Mark Yancy came and did our 6 month tune up on our furnace. He was very polite and took the time to explain filters and the locations and rearrange a drain pipe so it was easier to access the filter. He was very thorough and diligent in his work.

We had some issues with the AC in a newly built home. One issue was hiding another, that issue was hiding another, etc. so it took a few visits for all the problems to be revealed. But they were here on time whenever we needed them, even at six pm on July 3rd. At every step they explained what was happening and what needed to be done. Very happy with their service.

Had the best experience with Sensigreen! Shawn gave the very best experience in helping me select a new unit to replace my old one that finally died. I had received a quote from others in the area, but Sensigreen was the only one to give me actual options and explain the difference in price. I was worried about the electrical with it being an older home with the original electric. Shawn reassured me that everything word work fine. Which, just so happen to beat out the competition. On installation day, Shawn, Matt and Adam were friendly, considerate, and got my old unit out and new unit in flawlessly. Could not be happier with my experience! Thank you so much Sensigreen!!

He quickly got to the root of our issue and patiently answered my questions and explained everything to me very thoroughly. It was such an overall great experience!
