They replaced my AC unit over a year ago they beat everyone's price and I have not had any problems. Great service they installed mine the next day.

Very prompt service. Technician, Michael was very polite and courteous. Completed job of replacing compressor in about thirty minutes. Great guys, highly recimmend.

Called to have a thermostat replaced. The technician didn't show until 7pm. He did not have a thermostat on his truck. He refused to look at wiring issues because it would take too long, and he didn't want to go under the house.

Our AC stopped working and was blowing heat a few weeks ago. It was extremely hot, called them in the morning and was told someone would be out late afternoon. Two hours later still before noon a tech called said they would be here in 30 minutes..thank god cause it was 92 inside....Turns out it was a bad thermostat? And we had air

I called because our heat went out. The answering service said they would get a tech to call me because it was after hours. The answering service calls me back an hour later saying she is still trying to get in touch with the tech. The tech calls twice and hangs up twice because the calls shows on my phone. He said it went straight to voicemail but he didn't leave one. I called the number right back and no one would answer. The tech calls again during regular business hours and I tell him nevermind I got someone else to fix my heat. What is the point of having emergency after hours service if your not going to call the person. I will not be calling 4 seasons again.

Terrible company! Loyal customer until they gave us a 900 dollar bill for replacing a control board that was under warranty still. Also their own employee installed the control board to close to the water tray which resulted in the control board being ruined.

Called to report my A/C not cooling. Technician came out same day within 2 hours! Fast Service! Had my a/c up and running in 30 minutes! Would definitely recommend!

Well my blower motor went out about THREE weeks ago and they came out to fix it the next day great right. No they ordered a motor and put it in 5 days later and called me at work to let me know it was fixed so I stop in and paid my bill on the way home. Then when i get home the blower motor will not shut off it has been running continuously nonstop and they have came out three more times saying it's one thing or another until now i need another blower motor they say. Over a week and still waiting on the motor while my power bill goes ski high ? Since I have already paid the bill they seem in no hurry to get this fixed.

I have been using 4 Seasons for about 4 years now. They always send someone right out and the repairmen are always professional and do a great job. There have even been a couple of times where they have walked me through fixing a problem over the phone at no charge. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend 4 seasons, they installed my AC/Heating unit yrs ago. Any time I've had issues (which has been few) they response time has been outstanding. The team is very knowledgeable & professional.

I purchased 2 new A/C's and complete new duct system. 4 Seasons provided excellent service extended from top to bottom. Technicians are "Johnny on the spot" very hard working, dedicated to the job and supreme customer service. Bravo Zulu to the entire 4 Seasons team.

The man came in to diagnose the problem and seemed like he didn't know what he was doing the minute he walked in. He told us things that definitely was not the issue and we had ideas on how to fix it and he denied them. My dad use to do it professionally so he knows what he's talking about. Then when we asked how much it would be to do a routine cleaning of your system and just said we don't do that. Didn't recommend a company or anything. So disappointed.

They came through for me by honoring a 10 year warranty that cut me a huge break on my motor replacement. Staff on call was always so helpful and polite on the phone. After 2 weeks of no air, my house is cooling again and I have a new thermostat. Thanks guys!

These guys are great! John really helped us out when the company our home warranty service used wasn't helping us out. His quote for the exact same repair was almost $1K less than what 3 other companies quoted us. He was very honest with me and didn't make me feel patronized. Called him on a Wednesday, he got the part ordered, and my repair was done on Friday. The technicians were very courteous and quick. They cleaned up after themselves and were very sweet to my nosy pup. Would recommend!!

We have used 4 Seasons for years and they always make it a priority to resolve our issues quickly. John and Stan are suoer knowledgable and great to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

Good technicians, bad office team. Service team was very professional and did a bang up job getting my heating running on short notice, but for some reason, you, as the customer, have to get with their office team to ensure they get paid. If you do not do this, they will neglect to send you a bill until two months later and they will charge a past due fee, even though it is the first time they have sent you a bill. After this, when you call, they will say, "sorry, you should have gotten it paid the same day."

Will never recommend this company or use them again! I called them on 2 projects (2 separate times) and they had to come out twice for both calls because it want done right the first time. The last time I called them, the AC stopped working so they replaced the fan motor and blade (because they screwed up the blade with whatever they did the first day they came). Couple months later, I had to call another company because the unit was leaking inside. Turns out 4 Seasons put the outside blade on wrong and caused it to freeze up and leak inside the outside. 😡

Van number 02189. Watched them blow through a red light then they were swerving all over the road and then they cut me off with no signal so they didn't have to get stuck behind a semi. Passed them and saw a phone in their hand. You should choose wisely who you let represent you in a company vehicle
