My husband has been piecemealing our 30 yr old HVAC unit for 8 years and finally, the heat condenser rusted out, clogged up to the point carbon monoxide was present. We shut the unit down and have been riding it out for a few weeks without heat or air not wanting to spend a lot of money going into 'Winter 2020' during a pandemic. Now it is getting down into the 30's, so we made the calls... The moment I contacted Polar Bear Services, Billy Weller, the owner responded. I told him what was going on, what we needed and wanted from the type of unit to warranties. Mr Weller gave us a quote and offered several payment options. We had other quotes to compare this to and Polar Bear was by far the most affordable for the exact same system. We chose Polar Bear and Mr Weller had his crew here the following morning to replace the entire system. The technicians were on time, very polite, professional, know what they're doing AND they replaced the old single-wall pipes to double-wall getting us up to Code too. I strongly recommend Billy Weller & Polar Bear Services... I give Polar Bear an A+!

Well she most defiantly did and it was even the owner of the company because they were so busy. He got my A/C fixed and working in no time.
