After 18 mos + of large swamp-like water collection in front yard ( photo) we asked Nelson Team
To assess- had multiple assessments & determined it was natural spring. Had French drains installed but area dry for just a few weeks & wet area expanded & constantly draining ( even when no rain) by pipe near garage so loudly neighbors could hear it ( video). Nelson team ( John) gave us detailed plan of what was needed & approximate price ie excavate hillside to expose source, concrete drain with custom made grate, pipe installed under driveway to lower area lying area. Workmen arrived as planned everyday, dug up driveway by hand to avoid utilities, even had plumbers standing by in case of pipe rupture! Results were stunning ( photo) & still dry after nearly 2 mos. I highly recommend them!

The attention to detail was amazing, the workers were focused and efficient, management was very engaged in all aspects of the project and the outcome was more than we expected! The Nelson Team gets high accolades on the parking pad project!!!!

Amos did a great job of inspecting and adjusting the irrigation system. He was thorough in his observations and work. He was pleasant and easy to communicate with.

The Nelson Team was my instant choice, determined upon meeting the primary team, after two bids for a landscape project to resolve stormwater issues. My decision being the correct one, was affirmed with every day which passed.

This isn’t the typical company. The experience was more like gaining new family members, who temporarily adopted you, and was there to meet your overall needs for your property, treating it as if their own.

Several times over the course of this very large project, unexpected challenges came, and were met promptly and addressed with patient, benevolent grace. The masonry professional is an artist, not to be rushed. The outcome is magnificent.

Called the Nelson Team upon recommendation from a friend. I had an urgent sprinkler repair - pretty major one. They scheduled me within a few days and took care of the problem in just a couple hours. The big surprise is the bill was much lower than I suspected. Will call these guys again, now that I know they do so much more.

I used the Nelson team to install a new zone on my sprinkler system. Barry was awesome & his guys did a great job. I’ve used them before as well & had family members use them. Always been satisfied with their work & price.

Their design team works with you to create wonderfully detailed designs using the best quality products available. Their crews are efficient and well organized. They are honest, dependable, and the quality of the finished product is second to none.

We have been using The Nelson Team for our landscaping needs for around eight years now. Our first project was to landscape our back yard while we had a window of opportunity as the golf course we live on was being redesigned. We had eight really large trees that had to be cut down and they could now be dropped directly onto the golf course. TNT then came in and installed lighting, a drip irrigation system, and built a network of stacked stone walls lining the pathways they created. They then installed over 100 plants which have matured beautifully with a beautiful array of colors and sweet aromas. The project took around six weeks to complete. Every one of the many TNT employees involved were very professional and courteous during the entirety of the job. The finished project was an outstanding work of transformation. I cannot count how many neighbors and golfers have complimented the end result. We followed up with a bunch of work in the front yard over the next two years. TNT did not ask for a dime until the project was completed and they always quickly respond if a maintenance issue arises.

The Nelson Team is the benchmark in Landscaping. Their professionalism and attention to detail is unexcelled. Their work is first class all the way. Our newly landscaped yard is beautiful and we look forward to many years of enjoyment. Josh and his team did an excellent job! They turned our dreams of a beautiful and functional outdoor living space into reality. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard and were skillful and reliable. At one point, we miscommunicated our vision and Josh worked with us to make it right until we were satisfied. To me, the mark of professionalism isn’t perfection, but the ability to work through challenges, maintain a positive relationship and leave the customer pleased with the end result. We had the Nelson team come out and evaluate and fix our 6 station irrigation system. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. Amos is incredibly knowledgeable on irrigation and explained the issues we were having and how to correct them. We were very satisfied with the outcome and plan to call them for a 7 th station or drip station.
