We felt very included and involved in the process from the time they set foot on the property things didn’t happen without us being aware. His communication understanding vision and knowledge is far superior to others in his field. Getting through paperwork and permitting can be a challenge for any project- but don’t worry they have you covered there too. Sheila is on top of it and will get a hold of all the right people to get those taken care of and get your project underway! I've used Wallace Construction on multiple occasions and wouldn't use anyone else. Tommy took my vision of adding on to my home and made it better than I imagined.
