We've used Patriot Appliance several times over the years and we have always been happy with their fair priced and good work. Recently, Patriot sent out a new guy, we did not like his work . After, discussing the problem with the company owner, he provided a full refund. Needless to say, that new guy didn't last and he is no longer with Patriot. Thanks Patriot for understanding our perspective, being a stand up guy, and providing a full refund. We will consider your services again.

I was having temperature issues with my refrigerator and called Patriot. They were able to send someone out within a few hours. Lance troubleshot the issue while hearing out the background I could share. He came back the next day with the parts and did the repair. He was courteous and professional! My hats off to Lance and the Patriot team for great service and saving me from having to purchase a new refrigerator. Thanks!

Patriot Appliance Repair has worked on several jobs for us and they have been excellent. Timely communication, smart use of filling out information on the website with a timely response and always able to repair the appliance. Fully trust them to enter our condo while we are away to complete the job. Once again…awesome job!!

I am a repeat customer with Patriot appliance, and have had good experiences both times with them. My Maytag washer was not functioning correctly and Lance knew exactly how to recalibrate it. So it is now working fine. I like their 30 day guarantee, so that if the problem is not fixed in that time, or recurs, they will come back and address it again.

Kevin provided a very prompt response to my refrigerator issue. Knowing that I had food going bad and was headed out of town soon, he re-prioritized a few other jobs and got me finished before I left. His diagnosis and workmanship was excellent. He made it a point to leave my kitchen cleaner than he found it. Also, while he was there he provided me some excellent advice about an upcoming dishwasher repair… advice that I really didn’t know I needed until I received it. I will definitely use him again, and will recommend to others.

Wow! Kevin showed up when he said he would and did a fantastic job replacing my refrigerator water valve. He exceeded expectations and cleaned out and checked the other parts of the refrigerator as well. Also, the price was RIGHT. Highly recommend.

Maytag washer wouldn't run. Lance ran a thorough diagnostic. Problem was a bad capacitor, which he replaced. Machine is working perfect once again. Professional and thorough service call.

The experience was good he did his work efficiently and was prompt. When your refrigerator is off you worry about all of your food. We did not loose any food. Have placed Patriot Appliance Repair. In my contacts if I need an appliance repair. Call them you will be glad you did!

They were out to evaluate my dryer 2 days after I called . He asked me what was going on with it and to send the model number so they would try to have it fixed the same day that they came to look at it. Kevin was upfront about the 95 dollar service charge which was applied to the cost of the repair and with in 45 minutes of him being there he evaluated and had it repaired. Kevin was very professional and very respectful! I highly recommend them

Working with Patriot Appliance Repair was easy-easy-easy! Lance came out, diagnosed, and repaired our issues with the fridge and freezer, and even answered all of our questions. They were fast and efficient from original email contact, to the call back to schedule, to arriving on time. Five stars for sure!

Recently, (Jan. 2025) I contacted Patriot Appliance to diagnose my Frigidaire refrigerator's lack of cold in the freezer compartment. They charged $95 to diagnose the unit (bad fan and sensors), with the stipulation the fee would be applied to any repair cost if they performed the work. Long story short, they ordered the parts and came back a week later to fix it., took about 90 minutes to take the unit apart and fix the fridge, and BAM! It is a like-new icebox! Cold air. And the bill was more than reasonable - including the credit for the diagnosis fee being counted, reducing the bill to less than $400 total (parts and labor). Cheaper by more than the $2,500 it would have cost for a new fridge. Oh, and the job was done cleanly, professionally, quickly, and to my complete satisfaction. I will keep Patriot Appliance on my short list of contractors to call in the future. Highly recommend.

Second time in a month I have had to call for Appliance repair. Kevin will do what he can to repair and be honest about replacement. Have used Patriot for a few years now and won’t call anyone else

Quick response and confirmation of scheduling. The repair after diagnosis was accomplishing by redoing an electrical connection so no parts required.

I am extremely happy with the Service on the repair of my dryer. They came in. We’re very professional in diagnosing the problem and ordered a part that had to be replaced. Today’s later they came back completed the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs any appliance repair.

Patriot Appliance was amazing! I sent a service request to have my dryer fixed via text at night when they were closed and received an immediate reply as soon as they opened the next morning. They were able to scheduled a same day appointment based on my availability. The service Technician was on time, explained what was needed and pricing and performed the repair immediately. The Technician was courteous and clean and the work was completed fast. When complete the technician send an invoice and link for easy payment. All round great experience with Patriot Appliance. I will definitely use them again in the future for any appliance needs I may have (hopefully not too soon though Lol) and I definitely recommend them for any of your needs.

This was our first experience with Patriot Appliance and we highly recommend them for any of your appliance repair needs. We have a Kitchen Aid refrigerator that was leaking water and our drinking water dispenser was not working. Lance came out diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and solved all our problems. Lance was very professional and meticulously disabled and reassembled our refrigerator to make the repairs necessary. We feel very fortunate that a friend recommended Patriot Appliance and will definitely use them again for any future repairs.
