Great nursery. Deceptive, pushy sales with landscaping services. Pressured us for $250 for a 30-minute consult. Paperwork said nothing about that; only a deposit if we were going to move forward with $800 drawing. Decide not to move forward, “well, that’ll be $250.” Last $$ Indian Creek will get from us, which is a shame. We loved the nursery and had bought - and would have bought - many plants from them.

And we will again. They made this right by refunding the $250. We’ll spend that money and more there. Thanks for doing the right thing, Indian Creek!

Indian Creek Nursery is our favorite place! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Hilda has helped us numerous times and always has time to answer questions and give advice. The young ladies that work at the counter are always smiling and friendly. Would definitely recommend this nursery for the beautiful products and the wonderful people!

i didn’t buy anything this time. i was just trying to get an idea of what do for my flowerbed but Laura gave me some really great ideas for spring perennials. very knowledgable and friendly! looking forward to coming back to shop!

First of all, the customer service was everything! I had researched them online and wanted to see what they had to offer. This was my first visit, so I really didn't know where to start. Within seconds of exiting my car, I greeted by Hilda and another gentleman, who made me feel welcomed and free to browse. Hilda asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and I responded with "evergreens, for the side of my home". She asked if the location was sunny or shady. Then she proceeded to take her time and showed me a variety of options to choose from. She showed me how to properly read the plant tags, to determine mature growth and the distance to place the plants, the size to dig the holes, watering, soil conditioner, and any other pertinent information she could think of. She told me if I decided to purchase, to just pull the plants aside and they would grab a cart and load my vehicle. Not only did she load my vehicle, she took the time to place a trunk liner and determined the correct amount of plants to fill my trunk, without causing any harm to them at all. She did all that and went to retrieve and pack more plants, for me, while Kathryn checked me out. When I first got in line, the gentleman in front of me kept apologizing to me, for taking so long. That wasn't a problem for me. Kathryn was taking time to answer ever question he had about how to install the plants, he'd just purchased. Just like Hilda, she was quite versed in all aspects and showed me that same southern hospitality, as well. They must be Horticulturist, because the knowledge they had, rolled off their tongues, as though they were. So, if you're looking for a massive selection of plants and trees, coupled with folks who know what their talking about, nice prices, healthy looking vegetation, kindness, patience, and no sales pressure tactics...Indian Creek is it! They have military discounts too. I'd highly recommend this beautiful place! They're a 10/10, for me!

I’ve driven by this nursery many times and this spring finally decided to stop by and spruce up my patio for the season. The front desk employee Bree was so knowledgeable and very helpful with choosing which plants would be right for my space. My patio has never looked better and I’ve been spending as much time as I can out there!!

Indian Creek Nursery is a fantastic place to do business with. We needed a full design of our yard done, and Chris did an amazing job with it! With ours being a large design effort, Chris took the time to meet with us on multiple occasions and explain his process while listening to our wants and needs. The design is great and we are excited to get working on transforming our landscape to the natural, yet manicured, look he made! Chris even provided a detailed plant estimate and plan that we can either get priced out by contractors or use it as a DIY map for us to undertake. Using Indian Creek Nursery gave us such a better experience than just pricing out ideas with different landscapers. Can't wait to go back and buy our plants to get started!!

I came to look for plants to spruce up my garden for the upcoming season and had a wonderful experience. Bree at checkout was not only sweet but an INCREDIBLE help too me. I bought a lot of stuff and she was more than patient and friendly during our long check out experience.

I went recently looking for replacement plants for my gardenias. I met with Laura, she helped us pick the last two mountain snow pieris. I absolutely can not wait to see their bloom next spring!! Came to see my Aunt Laura, who I share my immense love for plants with, while I was in town visiting. She had expressed how much she loved this nursery on many occasions but as soon as I came in I fell in love with it too! Everyone is so kind and accommodating and the nursery itself is beautiful. My Aunt Laura got me a lavender plant (my favorite) to grow alongside my belly, as I’m currently pregnant and I’m in love with it!! Thanks so much Aunt Laura and Indian Creek for all you guys do! Will be back next time I’m in town!

A gazillion options and mostly knowledgeable staff. Some of the plants were miss labeled, so I was glad I asked. There was a variety of hellebore labeled as part sun. I asked one of the young men there if that was the case I wanted 4 of them. He quickly corrected the sign and said it was incorrect. So all is well.

On my most recent trip to Indian Creek Nursery I needed help figuring out what to put back into a landscape that had been killed due to the severe winter weather last year and Laura Johnson who is one of the attendants was especially helpful. She also solicited the designers help since I was concerned about changing up my plant material. I always appreciate getting good service and a nice selection of well cared for plants to choose from. Keep up the good work and great customer service!
