We traditionally don't leave reviews unless our experience was horrible.
Our warranty company assigned Madison Plumbing to our contract for our hot water heater repair/replacement. To start off the communication with the assigned plumber was less than professional to say the least. The hot water heater in our house works as expected however, the copper water transfer tubing which was supplied by and soldered by this company looks HORRIBLE! We now have a leak from the tube due to a poor soldering job and of course it's after the 90 day warranty offered by the company. The warranty should be on parts and materials not on bad soldering jobs! I understand all reviews are subjective and some experiences are better than others. We had an absolute horrible experience and craftsmanship of the work performed continues to be an issue. There are a few other issues that I don't care to discuss, this is just an FYI on our bad 1st and last time experience with Madison Plumbing.

Will from Madison Plumbing has done exceptional work at my house on several plumbing jobs. He is always on time, very polite, respectful and professional. He does an outstanding job every time. In my opinion, the best Plumbing company I’ve ever used. 5 stars from me!

I had such a positive experience today with Madison Plumbing! My precious toddler apparently snuck a toy in my toilet and flushed it. We've tried everything and couldn't fix the issue. Shane called us back within 5 minutes of calling dispatch and arrived at my house 15 minutes later. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and fixed the toy debacle in 3 minutes flat. The cost was also very reasonable for a Saturday call. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone. Best plumbing experience I've ever had!
