One Source came over and changed some light fixtures for me. They were very nice and efficient. They did a great job and will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

The people in the office were so nice and personable. They were very knowledgeable of the questions I was asking. I had some plumbing issues in my bathroom and the guys they sent out knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. I am very pleased with this company and will be using them for any electrical or a/c issues I need in the future.

Logan came by today to checkout both HVAC units. He diligently spent 2 hours cleaning and verifying their operation. He then answered several questions I had concerning excessive dust we are seeing and what to watch for. I would highly recommend One Source as they continue to grow in the Huntsville/Madison area.

Best company in the business! Very quick response time and always very professional! Have had the experience of using all 3 of their trade teams. The electrical guys were very good at laying out options for specific size generators, and wiring up the most challenging projects. Guys in the plumbing division definitely know there stuff from whole water purification systems to simple faucet fixes. HVAC always does a great job of reaching out and helping maintain all your heating and cooling and they are there in a moments notice to get you up and running if your equipment breaks down.

One Source is a great company for plumbing work. Douglas came out within a couple of hours of calling for a sewer line leak. Douglas was very polite and extremely nice. He did great work and had the job done quickly. I will use One Source for all my future plumbing issues.

I had my H-vac unit go down and I made a call to One Source. The dispatcher was Professional and swift with setting up an appointment the same day. Our Technician “Mason” was a True Professional. He reached out and confirmed a set time, Showed up when he said he was going to. He introduced himself and explained the Options for the Service call. He then Promptly inspected, Diagnosed and Communicated all Options available. He was very Communicative and answered any questions I had with Great Knowledge. He was able to do this on a short notice and get my H-Vac unit up and running in an impressive time and for a fair price. Called them at noon. They said the could have someone out around three. Drew got here a little after two and took care of business. He was both professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend One Source.

I needed the pilot light lit for my fireplace with gas log. I hadn't used it in a couple of years so I called to have it done. The work was timely and Dale was very professional while performing the job
