I’ve used Thomas HVAC ever since I’ve lived in my house and they’re always reliable, friendly, professional, and on time. Their pricing is very competitive and reasonable while providing outstanding quality on their work. Currently I have an HVAC agreement through the company to service my units twice a year to ensure that no issues sneak up on me and every time they’ve come to service the units I get an educational breakdown on what they did and if they have any recommendations.

I can’t say enough great things about Thomas Service Company. I live in a new home, that the temperature in all the rooms is never been consistent. Thomas Services installed a new thermostat with sensors so that I can regulate the temperature throughout my home. Dustin came out several times to help with the programming and installation of some new parts on my existing unit. Thank you Dustin.

My a/c went out last night so I called this morning and they got back to me early and sent Dalton Ellenburg out to fix my problem. He had my a/c back up and running in no time. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He was also a really nice guy to talk to. Thanks Dalton, excellent job.

We scheduled with Thomas HVAC for our yearly inspection and they were so prompt in getting us scheduled. Dalton came out and was very friendly, efficient, respectful and answered all my questions.

Dalton came to my home to resolve a hvac issue. Dalton was very polite, resolved and helped out with thermostat and was able to diagnose what we needed. So grateful he was able to come out

We needed a second opinion. Dalton got to our home earlier than expected (not something we are used to having) and was very knowledgeable. He was thorough and honest with his assessment. I would recommend Dalton and the Thomas company to anyone who needs hvac help.

Before we went with Thomas we went with a different hvac service and they tried to upsell us with a new unit. They also priced the repair of the unit at twice the price of what Thomas quoted us. Dalton was very informative and friendly. Within an hour or so he had our house back cool again. I'll definitely call them again if I'm in need of any hvac services.

We are extremely pleased with Kevin and Jason at Thomas Service Company for fixing our water leaks. What we thought was one, was actual 3. They were extremely professional and worked with us to provide several options for repairs that worked within our budget. I Highly recommend Thomas Service Company for any plumbing service or repairs.

I called Thomas Service for the annual tune up and they were able to accommodate the requested date and time. Mr. Dalton Ellenburg was very professional and we very much appreciate his respectful demeanor of putting the shoe cover before entering our home. Apparently the HVAC unit needed more than just a tune up. Mr. Dalton took a photo of the existing condition and worked on fixing the issue after we agreed. He showed us the before and after photos when the work was completed. Thank you for what you do.

So glad I decided to give Thomas Heating and Air a call. A+ sale and service from top to bottom. Outstanding job installing my new HVAC system. Highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC and plumbing issues.

Dalton with Thomas HVAC showed up this morning at the quoted time window. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my HVAC cooling again in no time. I have used also Thomas HVAC at our former home and have always been pleased with their service. Thanks!

12/10 Above and beyond the call of duty. Dalton, our technician, was extremely personable, thorough, quick, and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Even showed me (first time home owner) how to properly clean and maintain the units we have. In a world full of homeowners that weren't taught any better and contractors happy to take advantage of them, Dalton's out here just being a good ole boy doing honest work. Genuinely, I owe him a beer.

I was very pleased with Thomas Service Company, in particular the technician they sent our way, Dustin. Dustin quickly identified the problem, gave me a set of options of what could be fixed and things to look for in the future, then fixed the issue same day. It's been a few days and our home unit is running well again.

I'll definitely be using these guys again, happy to support a local company like TSC.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Thomas HVAC. They diagnosed the problem with my old system very quickly and helped provide solution options. Brian was very helpful in explaining the options for replacing my old, non-functional HVAC unit and answered all of my questions to help me reach a decision. Austin and the installation team did an excellent job with the install overall, and were professional, courteous, and competent in their work. The installed product looks very clean and sharp, and is running perfectly. I appreciate Thomas HVAC for making me feel better about this large investment in my home, and I strongly recommend using them for any HVAC issues at your home.

The service l had done was the Duct work completely redone (my ducts have been here since the house was built and that was 30 years ago! I had about 1 inch of insulation currently in there and they added to 16". Did an absolute wonderful job, very thorough and even cleaned up after themselves. Very friendly, very nice to my dogs too! I highly recommend Thomas Service Company and be sure to ask for "Dee" and "Stan"!

I had been with Thomas HVAC, now Thomas Service Company, for several years and always had a good experience until recently. My last service visit was a semi-annual checkup that was included with the $24.95/month service plan. I lost trust in the company when the technician said that I needed to replace the condenser fan motor in the outdoor unit and install surge protectors on the unit. There was nothing wrong with the unit. Their total cost was estimated at over $1200 and the HVAC is still under manufacturer warranty. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. The 2nd opinion revealed my fears that the repair was not needed. I promptly canceled my monthly service contract with Thomas.

They say timing is everything. Being new to Alabama (Meridianville) we needed to get our HVAC serviced and prepared for the colder months. I called this morning and was able to get a technician out the same day. (Thanks to a previous cancellation). Dalton arrived at the specified time and was professional and personable! He answered any and all my questions, provided some recommended services and was done in a timely manner! I like that Thomas Service has an Annual Service plan that I felt was very reasonable for the services being provided. Great first impression!

kevin came out today and he was very professional and had a solution for all our needs and with the breath easy package he installed for us our indoor air quality has definitely improved thank you thomas service company. i will definitely be recommending them and this package to my friends and family!
