Robert from JC Electric came to work on my generator. He diagnosed several problems, all of which were inexpensive repairs. He got the generator working in a short time. He was honest and thorough. I will definitely use this company in the future.

I was charged ($1000.00) per hour to replace a new main breaker panel.
When I asked about an hourly they said $1200 for 8 hours. They worked (2) two hours. I do not recommend this Company nor Home Advisor which helps to cheat you out of your money.They charged over $1000.00
more than normal. The power company could not believe the price.
It is taking advantage of an elder in need of service. You will pay in the end.

I would highly recommend J.C. Electric to anyone needing an electrician. If I could rate them 6 stars, I would. Robert was very knowledgeable, professional, hard working, friendly, and thorough. He went above and beyond my expectations and worked hard to make sure that the job was done within the timeframe we needed. He thoroughly explained everything he had to do before he completed the work, and he was very friendly to our family. High quality work and very reasonable prices.

From the first phone call to the end of the job, J.C Electric is phenomenal! Great customer service. They installed a generator for my dad. Can't say enough about how they treated us. Great Christian family.

The folks are great. I signed up with the program they have to keep costs down. However, I have had two instances where when ceiling fan/light systems were changed out, 10-year lights totally blew out on one and now it seems the second one is headed in the same direction. It usually happens about 1 1/2 to 2 months after the change. Gave a four because with it taking that long, not sure if it is the systems or the workmanship.

Not only was they by far the absolute best company I have had in my new home.They were also the only company in my area that even considered taking a look at my wiring(which they was able to successful fix 😃).Thank you so much to these guys and there amazing company!They were so professional and I never once was concerned about my house,they kept me informed on every thing they did as soon as they did it!They treated me like I was one of There own family meme bets from the second they walked in my house to the second they left!they answered every question with confidence and accuracy!I also joined there company’s program so I can know my house is always covered by an electrician if there is ever another need plus who doesn’t love knowing there house gets an electrical inspection EVERY year with your membership! We had a ceiling fan wired and two additional receptacles installed. Robert and crew did and outstanding job making all look like they were build with the house. They did a absolute wonderful job. I wouldn't have wanted anybody else for this job. Not only did they fix the problem they shared and taught me a lot that I didn't know. They were also very polite and cool talking to. Robert knows his job and knows it well.

A couple of weeks ago, we had Robert select and install a new landscape lighting system for our home. He listened to what we had in mind and picked out high quality fixtures and materials with just the right amount of light to illuminate our home.

Jeremy and his assistant were polite, friendly, clear and concise with that they were doing. I really appreciate the level of excellence that you guys operated in. Today the rest of the crew was here changing outlets and everyone was respectful, I have my kids running around no one was cursing or talking crazy.

I called them and they were at my house in less than two hours. Very professional and knowledgeable! They found the problem and fixed it! I gave them a 4 star because 340.00 for a Loose wire under the house shouldn’t cost that much!!.
